When we walk through the door we were greeted and they offered us water or coffee. Then… within 2 minutes we received a salesman and started looking at vehicles. They have an enormous inventory and a brand new sales floor that is very nice. I test drive my car and then we were able to make a deal. During the process of making a deal I could tell that they really cared and were trying as hard as possible to work with me and my goals. I had the opportunity to meet the sales manager Tony Cartagena and he provided excellent service and you can tell really cares about his customers. I’ve been to multiple Honda dealerships and Rick Case is the only dealer I’ll be working with in the future and Rick Case is well worth the hour or more commute. To, Micheal Thompson and Tony Cartagena keep up the amazing work and Thank you!Top notch experience!

He had a tough time because it only had 13800 miles and was clean. He made the numbers work for me to make my monthly… payment for a new 2025 Honda Pilot Elite and just add another year of payments. My F&I guy, Howard Moss, had me ready to go in less than an hour. Drove the car home and I did the right thing.Excellent Service!

This past Saturday I was assisted by Rashad Land who helped me into getting the 2025 Honda CR-V. I went in for an oil change. I was not expecting to… walk out with a brand new car but I must say, Rashad made the entire experience memorable and pleasant.
