    Last week I purchased a preowned Highlander in excellent condition, and the purchase was smooth and easy. I had reached out ahead of time so as soon as I arrived, my sales rep, had the car ready for a test drive. She had my trade quickly appraised and put me with a financing rep. He was also very efficient with his work. They were able to get me out the door quickly. I appreciate everything they did to help me and I would buy from AutoNation again.

  • Painful Purchase Experience

    The good news is that I was able to purchase the high demand vehicle I wanted here. The salesperson was very responsive and was willing to work remotely via email and text, which was extremely helpful. After waiting a few weeks for the vehicle to arrive, we went to the dealership for pickup. Over three hours after arrival to the dealership, exhausted, tired, and hungry, we received the keys and finally drove away. Especially since we paid cash, I have no idea why it would take that long. In addition, we never received information on the appearance and dent protection packages we purchased and I cannot get them to send me the information despite asking several times. I will try to avoid doing business here in the future. But if they can get the vehicle I want, then I suppose it would be worth the pain and frustration.

    I bought a very nice corolla with less than 3k miles. What I do not liked about the process is to me “forced” to buy protections that you dont need when try to finance.

    Our experience at Autonation Weston was great. They truly took care of us. We worked with sales man Jose, who was very kind and informative; sales manager Anthony, and finance manager Ali who was incredible. They did work with us on everything with the car buying process. The only parameter which can use improvement is the amount of time it took to complete the sale. We spent at least 5-6hours there. The car buying process needs to be more streamlined, efficient and better coordinated with time management in mind.

    I recently went to AutoNation Toyota Weston with my mom to buy a new RAV4 and had a very pleasant experience. It’s been a long time since we bought a car and it was something we were dreading but thanks to Mercedes Hernandez our sales rep that helped us find the exact car my mom was looking for, our experience was a positive one. She was very patient, she never once made us feel rushed to make a decision and she managed to get us a good deal. She has stayed in touch with us in the days after the purchase to make sure everything was going well with the new car. The financing also went very smoothly with James and we didn’t feel extremely pressured to purchased additional add ons.

  • RAV4 XLE Premium Battery Replacement

    AutoNation Toyota provided complete customer satisfaction when the RAV4 battery was indicating a failure to charge the vehicle. Although the battery was not in stock Cesar Saez Diaz, Assistant Service Manager and his Manager provided a rental. Ceasar would provide an ETA and expressed sincere concern in ensuring my vehicle was returned clean and to my standards. The whole team went the "Extra Mile" and I have taken my Camry and RAV4 there because they are reliable, professional, and really take the time to "Own" there job with excellent product knowledge and commitment to service.
