    I had a truly frustrating experience at AutoNation Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek that I feel others should be warned about. Salesperson David Gardner was very pushy, insisting I submit a credit application to hold a car--even though I… clearly said I wouldn't unless the hold was guaranteed 100%. He assured me this was the only way and that manager Locksley Thorpe approved it. After I submitted the application (which triggered a hard credit inquiry), I was even sent a final invoice, making me believe the vehicle was secured. Yet, despite these assurances, the car was sold to someone else. When I followed up multiple times, David promised a manager would contact me, but I never received any response. Only after reaching out to another salesperson did I get a call back hours later with the news the car was gone. The lack of communication, broken promises, and complete disregard for the damage to my credit report is unacceptable. This experience felt deceptive and completely unprofessional -- especially from a luxury brand dealership. I strongly caution anyone thinking of doing business here to think twice before trusting their commitments. This was by far the worst car-buying experience I've ever had.

    Had another great Mercedes service experience. Was greeted upon my arrival immediately , Rick Brown my service advisor completed the service on time as promised . The car was ready as expected and the warranty covered the repair . A video… was sent to my phone of the technician inspecting my car and explaining the work being done which was an amazing feature .

    I am extremely disappointed at this “luxury dealership”. I’m a client for over 15 years and I just trade in my old lease with them, at the sales point it was all flowers and then the nightmare began. The same day the airbag light turned on,… and I had to leave my brand new car at the dealer for another 4 days so they could fix it, then they took a payment that they were not supposed to from my account and I have been trying for a month to have my money back and they refused to refund me. The manager Locksley were VERY rude to me, cutting me off and not letting me explain, then he hang up on me. Now they are blaming on the miles t of tie old car when they accepted the deal as is. Unacceptable I feel robbed and disrespected!

    This was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership. My sales manager, Angel, was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me negotiate a great deal.     Great experience, from the moment I arrive till the moment I picked up my vehicle and drove off. The service agent not only expediently helped me with all of the issues but also took the time to provide needed advice even on items about… the car that were unrelated to service. The manager is always around and stopped by to make sure everything was going well.

    I took my car in for a new battery. I was told nothing was wrong with my battery even though my car app was showing critical status. I was told to wait an hour by a service rep who looks miserable and does not even say please or thank you.… I waited almost 6 hours for my car, he forgot about us and went to lunch, never gave me any paperwork or explanation at the end. I will never go back here.

    I visited on September 27 for a tire change (my right front tire appeared to have a leak), a wheel alignment and general tire inspection. The first 2 services were performed and I was told that the tire inspection indicated that I also… needed to change another tire (something to do with treads). I was initially told that the tire was in stock but then it was not, so I took the car home and was assured that I would be contacted when the tire was available. There was no further communication , so I called on October 25 and left a voicemail. There has been no response to my voicemail.
