by pvgomez on 04/01/2022I had a leasing (Subaru Finance) and I was offered to replace my Subaru Crosstrek with a new one, continue paying the same monthly amount and "just" an advanced payment for the same monthly value. The old lease was closed and I couldn't… access it the next day (to download last bills for my files), a new lease started plus my "advanced" $365 payment. Two weeks later checking my bank account I discovered an additional $365 charged to my old (closed) leasing, never communicated to me. I called Subaru Finance and they told me it was a Subaru Coconut Creek mistake, the dealer told me it was a mistake from Subaru Finance, but they don't want to talk between them. In the end, I was charged an additional $365, charged to a closed leasing, not communicated to me, and neither Subaru sales nor Subaru finance fixing their mistake (I believe this situation is not a healthy Finance/Sales process, and a big abuse against customers... if I wouldn't check my bank account I wouldn't discovered I was being robbed). The car? really good, but I will not buy a Subaru again (this was my 4th one). I believe a Government agency should exist, where to report this kind of abuse... where?)New Subaru Experience

I went down with my wife about a months ago to test drive the Ascent. When I was ready I called them and discussed… pricing over the phone. We went down and in about an hour we where driving home in a new Ascent. What a joy.Great Great

The attention that these people presented to me is the same way I would have treated myself, No wandering about, corteous, respectful, and to the point,… always backing their statements, and most importantly answering my 100 or so questions with straight answers. There might be many dealers to choose from and tons of promising newspapers ads, but based on my experience with these guys it obligates me to advise anyone who is looking for a Subaru to contact Jose, then I assure you that Kyle(sales maneger) will provide you with such personal, down to earth and enthusiastic attention that you'll find hard not to leave with your new car and a big smile on your face Mike 2015 STIFabulous Salesman needs to be recognized
