Shady with a lack of professionalism
by Troy on 05/13/2025If it wasn't for hospitality of Beatrice Jimenez who handles customer service, we would give a "-0" review. The only reason for visiting this dealership was because we thought we had a prior relationship with them from purchasing our… daughter's vehicle at their previous location. It seems since moving to the new location they've accepted trafficking in dishonesty to get a sale. From the alleged Pre-Owned Director Fabio Gomez' non-interest in helping our situation. To sales manager Mark Korakas' shady, condescending, unreliability and downright fabrications with the way he tries to sell a vehicle, much less his insistence in getting us to write him a good review. We will never, ever go back to this dealership again. The bait and switch tactics and not providing the essential documents to even know what you're getting is unacceptable. Please read, read again, and when you think you understand, read It again before signing anything there. Anything that's offered, make sure it's in writing and provided to you Before you leave that dealership, as it seems as though they take pride in omitting the same and having you inquire whenever you can (i.e. Platinum Protection of which you pay for and get whether you want it or not, a Welcome Kit, and switched out tires with no reason why and no mention of an extended warranty on them, to name a few). Based on what we've heard regarding reviews and pay, please do not allow this review to reflect upon our original salesperson Ethan Rodriguez, who did the best he could and helped us with what he had and what he knew. To date there has been no response to our issues. We've also been lied to regarding a credit to compensate for the alleged confusion in their fees. The shady practices of this dealership included purposely omitting the price of their dealer fee upon the first meeting claiming it was ”included" and then showing us the same signed page now with the dealer fee written in on top - with the ink still fresh, after they came back to the table.
