The dealership facility was immaculately groomed, sparkled with freshness and showed the confidence that success brings. My… questions were answered professionally, the test drive box was checked, and the process of trading and buying was both pleasant and competitive. When the new car was ready it looked like a shining gem and I complemented the associate who made that happen. Ryan Kremelberg was my salesman this time, and Javitz (spelling?) sold us our last Hyundai. I am completely satisfied with the way both of these guys… treated me/us - and with both of my purchases. Since Ryan sold me the car last week, I would like to discuss how he treated me during my car buying experience. Ryan, if you read this I would like to say thank you. I know I wasn't the easiest customer, but you were always patient with me and took the time with me that I needed to come to my ultimate decision - the Sonata. Overall, Ryan has one of the best sales tactics - if one wants to phrase it that way - of any car salesman I have ever encountered. Ryan showed me what your company had to offer, without me feeling like he was really trying to SELL SELL SELL me something - the "tactic" worked like a charm. I am happy that he let me decide what was right for me without the pressures I have encountered from other dealerships salesmen that I have dealt with in the past(Javitz excluded of course). We weren't looking for a brand new car, but the rebates and incentives helped get us out from under our previous SUV.… All in all, a great experience that was much different than we've ever received from other dealers.
