    When I drove my car after returning home I discovered a scrape on my bumper. I was SURE it had to have happened at the dealership. Fortunately, the mark had been noted when my car was inspected on arrival and that got me wracking my brain to try to figure out when it could possibly have happened and it came to me. A few days before, my husband was in reverse and I was in the passenger seat. I warned him that he was alarmingly close to a low concrete retaining wall beside the parking lot. Evidently he was CLOSER than we'd realized. I sincerely apologize for the alarm I raised about the damage your staff DID NOT cause. (I just knew I hadn't done it and it hadn't caught my eye before.)

    I made my appointment Thur evening, arrived at dealership at 10:15 Friday morning, saw George, made arrangements and within 90 minutes was on my way. I had the car washed also, and the people who washed the car did a great job. I will have the wash done each time I visit the dealership.

    I brought my car in for a routine oil change and also,my backup lights did not work. The mechanic fixed that problem but in the process of doing this, the connection to the hitch was disconnected so now our hitch is useless. The lights and brakes are not working. I was told that the place who installed the hitch did it wrong. So, Cocoa Hyundai fixed one problem but now created another one.

    Stress free and friendly staff. Waiting area is comfortable. After 3 years with the car I am still happy with my Hyundai dealer!

    quality workmanship, timely completion of job, and friendly / clear explanation of what was done and why. Also, future concerns were explained which was very helpful.

    Fairly quick plus they took care of a couple software updates to my wife's car and in less time then they originally told her.

    Courtney was well prepared and did not waste my time. The cost for the service was reasonable. The service was completed when promised. The detailing of my car was unexpected and incredible!

    People willing to assist me with my problem. Comfortable waiting area. Friendliness of staff. Ryan K. (the salesperson who sold us the car) visited with me in the waiting area several times to make sure everything was going well.

    Prompt courteous service. When Cocoa Hyundai found that the ABS module needed to be replaced and that the work couldn't be completed until Monday (I left the car on Fri. afternoon) they offered to let me use a rental car at no charge. The work was completed when promised and the car was washed.

    Everyone is so helpful and friendly. And they will "bend" over backwards to try and solve whatever issue you're having, and if you don't have an appt., but having problems w/your car, they always try to work you into that days' schedule.

    I liked the calm, seemingly knowledgable attitude of the service person to whom I was assigned. He took the time and effort to demonstrate to me that the dealership could not recreate what I previously thought was a problem

    Purchased a new Genesis Track. Unfortunately, the battery went bad a week later and had to be trucked to service. The job was done but the paperwork was mixed up with other customers. Basically, no one was paying attention to detail which concerns me for bigger service needs.

    Service at this dealership is horrible. The service manager finds every loop-hole to get out of honoring there warranty.
