I was going to go pick it up, but it was getting near closing time. Charles said that he would… wait. I ultimately decided to wait until Saturday morning(hoping it was still there). When I got there Charles already had the key and the truck was pulled around front. During the whole truck buying process, Charles spoke very highly about Don Mealey Chevrolet and now I know why. Unbelievable Sales Experience!

Whit Gilliam and salesman Charles Jordan spent hours with us explaining the vehicles I was interested in after I told them I was not buying on that day! I did… return several days later and Charles and a large part of the team spent several hours again assisting us with our purchase. I recently used 6 car buying apps to research my next vehicle and which Dealerships to purchase it from. I have been buying cars for over… 50 years. You can check out vehicles and prices, but if you do not check out Dealerships you take the chance of having a bad experience by wasting your time and money. We found Don Mealey Chevrolet to be an honest dealership that cares about people and your car buying experience! There were no surprises, and no added fees or gimmicks. Our experience at Don Mealey Chevrolet was a great experience. George LoPiccolo, our Sales Associate, went above and beyond to make sure that he exceeded our expectations! He even programmed several settings to our preferences for us. Always pleasant and courteous, he listened, offered advice, and displayed very good product knowledge. Josh Tojek, our Finance Manager, was the second person we met at Don Mealey Chevrolet. We quickly learned that Josh has very good automotive industry knowledge, great people skills and cares about people. We discussed our needs and options. He treated us like family! Got my Black Truck

Once he knew what I was looking for, he told me what inventory was available and brought the one I asked for up for a test drive. He was… funny, charasmatic and knowledgeable during the drive and throughout the visit. He patiently showed me all the trucks he thought I might like and also gave me time to make a decision. I appreciated the personalized attention and the fact that he focused on my sale. He made me feel very comfortable when closing my deal. After the sale, Michael was able to get my running boards switched from my old truck to my new truck. He made sure I got everything out of the old truck and went ABOVE AND BEYOND with a ball hitch issue!!
