After meeting with J.C. and his associate, Christian, they proved to me that they mean what they say. At least 70… Corvettes to choose from and a knowledge of their product that made it easy to make a purchase from Don Mealey Chevy. all the associates at the dealership made me feel welcome and appreciated..no pressure, just information that made the experience a good one. by osaid82 on 07/19/2016Riley Watson was our salesperson and did his absolute best, along with one of the managers "Ted" and didn't allow us to walk away until we were satisfied with the deal. Not once did I feel the typical "pushy" salemansship we've all come to… abhor from car dealerships. Riley was knowledgable of the vehicles specs which was also nice. I constantly find myself knowing more about a prospective vehicle than the salesperson and that usually annoying. Great Job Riley! Loving the CadillacExcellent

by robynrinehart on 07/07/2014We had Les (and a few others help us, sorry we forgot the names!) and he went out of his way for us repeatedly. He got me my dream car, a 2014 Camaro, and I love it! It's gotten so much easier to drive and I love cruising into town to catch… a few compliments. I have told everyone who asked where I got it, so hopefully I can get more people to go to Don Mealy. It is an hour drive to Clermont from where I live, but it was worth it! They gave me a great price, for low down payment. Thank you Don Mealy and Les, I'm very grateful of your kindness and your service.Great Dealershp-Would Recommend

We are pleased because I am old and told them I would be back a lot to get help with so many new extras I had not had previously in a car..Joe always came… right out to help me. They are really nice and all employees so friendly and professional. Have not had to use the Service Dept.yet.Very disappointed customer

We bought a truck less then a month ago (April 2012) and we have had nothing but problems since. The truck ran great for our five minute test drive. Within the second day of… having the truck home we noticed a rattling in the motor. Don Mealey insisted the rattling noise in the motor is "normal" . We knew better then that. We had two certified mechanics check out the truck and they both confirmed the lifters were going bad and needed to be replaced. Finally the mechanic at Don Mealey admitted the truck had "lazy lifters". After giving us the run around for about three weeks (using thick oil treatments to quiet the noise) and stating that this is not something that needed to be fixed they bought the truck back to resale. So buyers beware of a 2002 Grey Chevy Silveraldo 1500 LS that has a "normal" rattling sound.Best Sales

This helped Rodney and Jere P. which are Sales Professionals to put us in the right car… for our needs. After a wonderful experience with Finance Manger Patrick H., we went home in our NEW Amazing Car! We were treated with respect, and were welcomed with such hospitality, it was above board treatment which is refreshing these days. Jere after a very busy morning actually took the time to visit with us which I thought was very nice since for a Monday he had a huge work load. Then even when all was done he came out to send us on our way with a warm send off, as we will be back for service. DON Mealey Chevrolet in Clermont, FL their slogan is We Deliver and I have to take my hat off to their Sales department. Have not yet tried their service department as yet, when I do I will let you all know.
