    Lokey is a great dealership. I recently bought two cars from them in two weeks. I was happy with the first deal, so we made another deal. No games or gimmicks, just straight up business. Jason Gold was my salesman and was great to work with. Pernell and Robert in finance were also great to work with. No pressuring or haggling. Good pricing and good trade in offers.

  • Sneaky fees

    In addition to the dealer fee of 900 there was also some other kind of service charge / fee of 1900. For what, oil changes? Not even close, Lokey. Tried to haggle out of that 2k but they wouldn't let it go. Oh also they tried to claim that the internet advertised price included a 1000 discount I did not qualify for, when it was actually 750. Every step of the way this place is trying to squeeze you. I want to say that my sales guy was really nice and low-pressure. I would have been happy to buy from him. Aside from that though, Lokey Kia fits negative car dealership stereotypes perfectly. I wouldn't bother if I were you, there's other Kia dealerships around.

    We returned our lease car early and was told 3 days prior to returning it that we would owe nothing that it was just a wash. Before we brought it back my husband called to let them know we were on the way and they said we would owe $1000! We really had no choice at this point because we had already purchased another car from another Reputable dealership. When we came in my husband asked to speak to Jermaine's manager and the guy at the desk stood up and said I'm his boss, the lease manager. My husband voiced that he had been lied to and the "boss" was just totally rude, condescending and just a total [non-permissible content removed] to both of us. I will NEVER do business with Lokey Kia, nor will I recommend them to anyone. So shameful that customer support and truthfulness does not mean anything to this dealership. Shame on Lokey Kia. Glad we are not dealing with them anymore! I must say the people at the Kia Financing were very helpful though.

    The first vehicle I looked at, had an addendum sticker for $4000 over MSRP, then I noticed every vehicle on the lot had the same sticker. I could understand if the dealership had enhanced the vehicle, but purely for greed??? Then to add insult to injury a dealer fee of $800.00. Sorry Lokey, but you have lost my business and my families business.

    Went to Lokey as they are affiliated with the Mercedes dealer I have purchased from in the past. Was very interested in the Optima SXL and was ready to discuss pricing. They had marked the MSRP up $3500 due to market adjustment which I thought was crazy. After providing the salesperson with my information and wanting a bottom line price on the car before deciding to move forward on purchasing, I was told that I would have to fill out a credit app before they would provide me any pricing. I quickly got up, thanked the salesperson for wasting almost two hours of my time and walked out. I found another Kia dealer and am now finalizing my deal.
