Sales Person was the best

He was patient, drove me around to multiple dealerships to test drive vehicles. Was honest with his opinion on each of the vehicles and… was never pushy like most car salesmen tend to be. I can appreciate his calm demeanor versus the almost fake demeanor of others that I've dealt with in the past when buying a car. Everyone kept telling us their service doesn’t end with the sale. They’re there to help. Our daughter took the car to… Miami, where she lives. The engine light came on. Automation Clearwater worked with us to get it inspected in Miami and absorbed the cost. Again- FIVE STAR service. We were impressed. This was a week ago and AutoNation Clearwater has not returned our calls or even let us know what the inspection report said. Oil change and tire rotation +

They sent me a video showing me and explaining what they inspected. They also vacuumed and washed my truck and shined the… tires. Clearwater Lincoln Gulf to Bay
by Clearwater on 10/16/2023Buying process took 4 hours with no loan. Bought a new Corsair, 6 months later would not start. Had to be towed in. When you buy they say they will pick up and deliver for service. They would not return it since it was towed. I had to Uber… there. Poor quality vehicle, hood shimmies when on the highway. Took it in and they said that is the way they are. Automatic transmission that feels like a stick shift when in Excite mode. Traded it in after 9 months and lost 11k.
