Quick, efficient, & super friendly

I wasn’t 100% sure at first & didn’t want to rush into anything- Kraig Knight was not only knowledgeable and very nice, he never pressured me. That back office is usually the… worst part of buying a car. However, the finance manager, Bryan Woolf made a pain free transaction & had us out of there in no time! Thank you so much guys! You turned a long day into a great one!

The follow up was exceptional and the desire to satisfy my needs were always first and foremost. The level of pressure was minimal at best including my… dealing with the financial manager. It proves that high pressure tactics in buying a car are not necessary to close a deal. My sales representative was excellent. His knowledge about the vehicle was spot on. by sar2 on 08/30/2013updated 08/04/2025The 2013 Cadillac ATS I bought here was a disaster.The torque convertor went after 4000 miles.The 202 HP engine was terrrible.Even though the car was fixed I had to sell thebcar as I as uncomfortable keeping it.The Dealer did not help me… with any compensation that I thought was fair after I traded the car in to another dealer.I will never buy a Cadillac product!
