What a great experience. Very knowledgeable people who took their time in explaining every aspect of the car. Allowed me to take test drives in various autos . A special thank you to Alex who was very patient and took time in understanding… my needs. Dave at the dealership was also great in explaining the new auto. Thank you Porsche of Delaware.

Lifelong quest to own a porsche
by Barry on 03/17/2021When I was 16 years old, my girlfriend and I would drive thru the Porsche dealership every Saturday night and look at the new 1979 Porsche 928 cars an the lot. I finally decided I was going to have a Porsche and the Panamera is the closest… thing to the 928. Last Saturday afternoon, she and I walked into Porsche Delaware and bought a Porsche Panamera e-hybrid. It was an easy experience. We were in and out in an hour and a half including the test drive. The salesman, David, was knowledgeable and simplified the process. No surprises. I came by Monday at lunch and signed the paperwork and they delivered the car to my house. Painless, accommodating, courteous, friendly. The staff realize that they are selling a dream and that makes the experience special.2008 Porsche Cayenne Turbo

The Porsche Delaware dealership gave me a fair price on my 911 S trade… and found me a killer Panamera 4S that has people staring, it’s so beautiful. I came here from Philadelphia (there are 5 other Porsche dealerships near my home) and I am really pleased.Quick Response

I live in CA and could not touch and see the car due to distance.… Because Porsche of Delaware already included the PPI and a 2 year unlimited mile warranty decided to proceed with the sale along with the free delivery of the car to San Francisco. Peace of mind! Great customer service w my guy David Symansky - he responded back with my questions even on his day off. Highly recommend this dealership even from a distance! Initially inquired about a car through the phone and my sales person David have been polite, helpful and shows interest in what I was looking for. Took us about a week to finally reached a deal which… shows how patient, helpful and accommodating the team at Porsche Delaware. Not only that finalizing the sale with the Finance team also a stressful free experience. I will definitely go back to Porsche of Delaware to work with David and team even though theyre located 3 states away from where I reside. The service and experience alone worth spending my money here. And yes I prior experiences with local Porsche dealerships and some are just too good for their customers. Despite my being 300 miles away in Connecticut and never seeing the car in person, General Sales Manager Alex Witham made this process easy and… stress free, taking the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, even pointing out a few minor cosmetic flaws I probably wouldn’t even have noticed in person. Alex was professional, fair, knowledgeable, transparent and unlike virtually every other Porsche sales manager I’ve dealt with, there was zero attitude. The dealership is spotless and everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and went out of their way to make the experience exceed expectations. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. He was NOT pushy or persistant and his knowledge about the Porsche I was interested in helped to seal the deal!… He explained everything!!! The paperwork was also straight forward. Pierre in sales and… Richie, the business manager were both very professional, never pushy, and addressed all my questions. Everything was completed and I was out the door in about 2 hours. This was as easy and as smooth a transaction as I have ever experienced.Thank you so much Jim! Congratulations! Certified Porsche cayenne - Experiences wasn’t all great
by Junior_H on 12/30/2019I was originally going to buy a certified Range Rover Sports and I was pre-approved for prior to going on vacation. Since I was going to be on Vacation for two weeks in Jamaica, I decided to wait. While on vacation I was looking on… Cargurus and I came across a Certified Porsche cayenne. I did some research and then contact the dealership through email and Text to get price confirmation and car fax information. They provided confirmation of price and certification. I mention that I was out of the country and that I would like to see the car when I get back. On December 3, the car price drop and the dealership send me an updated price confirmation showing the new price and the Carfax still states certified. Cargurus also reflect the new prices and still states CPO. I then decided to go ahead and initiate the buying process by completing the Porsche credit application and provided the dealership with all my personal information. I came back from vacation on Sunday, December 8. I drove down to the dealership to see if I could see the car and I was able to see the car through the fence and IT had a white certified sticker on the windshield. On Monday December 9, my friend and I drove down to go get the car. He was going to drive my car back. I live in Bryn Mawr PA, so it wasn’t too far but it took a long time because it was pouring rain. When we got the dealership they said that the car was not being sold as certified and if I wanted the car certified I would have to pay $2000 extra for the car. I had a picture of all occasion and I showed it to the sales manager and he told me to go look at the previous sticker and mention something about not updating car fax. While I was physically sitting at the dealership buying the car Cargurus still state the lower price as CPO and the Carfax still state certified. I decided to pay the extra $2000 because of all the hassle and I liked the car. All of my previous luxury vehicle were certified and lees than 3 years old I never I had to pay more than the price listed on Cargurus, Edmonds, etc. This was much older than my previous purchases and I would never buy a used car unless it was certified. The rest of my experiences was very good and everyone seems like very nice people. I was very impress with the way the guy that did the paperwork walk through the information. I have owned Acura MD, Landover, and Lexus RX350 and the Porsche luxury reminds me more of the Landover. I love the color and the way the car looks inside. It does have a lot of good featured and the cornering and acceleration is pretty good. I do have to get use to not having a push start button and remote start. Junior HMy jeep srt

I am an out of state buyer and handled the whole sales process via email, so essentially bought the Cayenne sight unseen until I arrived to pick it up. Dave provided terrific customer service, he… replied to multiple emails in a timely manner, even on his day off. They even picked me up at the Philly airport. The Cayenne exactly as described. I was in and out of the dealership in less then 30 minutes. I recommend Porsche Delaware, and Dave without hesitation. Truly an outstanding experience.Exceptional Dealership!!!

Michael Young is first rate...absolutely the best sales professional I have ever had the… pleasure to deal with. He is professional, did not pressure me and really made the entire experience memorable and upbeat. The management team of Mike Dideo and Alex Witham really have a winning formula and both went out of their way to ensure I got the deal I wanted. Finally, I can't say enough about their Finance manager, Richie Garchitorina. He really worked hard to get me the interest rate I wanted. All in all, this was the very best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend checking out Porsche Delaware for your next car buying experience!
