He misrepresented the offer before the purchase and then denied all ownership of his… mistake claiming he was Just following VW Corporate directions, costing me an additional $ 300.00 in unexpected fees. Then, *Delivered the vehicle without mats and trunk liner. * Delivery representative has no knowledge of the cars features' and could not even set the clock or attempt to answer more complicated questions such as fuel tank capacity, MPG , air bag locations * Returned to the dealership at 40 miles R/T and received the car mats and trunk liner from a car on the showroom floor. Not even an apology * To this day I cannot believe that VW corporate would approve this rogue dealers actions but apparently they do as he forwarded my complaints to them and I have received no contact from anyone at VW BewareProfessional Customer Service
