Don't waste time. Go see Dwight.
by DawnsCarIsSexy on 01/02/2018After 3 days of torture at other dealerships in the Western Mass and Northern CT area, I found myself at Harte INFINITI. The car is amazing. The price is reasonable. But that's not what you need to know, or who I should say. Let me… introduce you to the best guys I met while shopping: Dwight Harrison is your sales guy. He's THE guy. He's honest and knowledgeable. He made the process (and car buying is a process)... FUN. I trusted him from the start and will always find Dwight for vehicle purchasing (unless he loses his swag). The next guy you need to know is Carmen in the finance department. Again, he was patient, honest & knowledgeable while making me feel comfortable with the numbers. Plus, he puts up with Harrison's jokes. Lastly, you need to meet Phil Whiteway in Service. He made me feel confident in the car that I had selected and made me 100% sure that this was the dealership for me. These three aren't your joe-shmo tacky suit wearing stuffy guys. They were fun, patient, and understanding. I am lucky to have had them for my recent used car purchase. PLUS... my new car is not just sexy.. it has balls and makes all the boys jealous. Mr. Smith did not approach me as a sales associate looking for a sale but a… dedicated worker that loves his job and makes sure his customers are satisfied. I am very satisfied with everything.great experience!

Chris Salemi took on the challenge and delivered completely. No pressure, no haggling, very smooth purchase,… superb customer service. I felt no pressure at all. The best price was given right from the… start. No need to haggle. Ryan responded immediately to any texts or emails that I sent him. I was very impressed with the dealership as a whole. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We actually are talking to Ryan about purchasing another car. I can happily say I have never been treated with more care, consideration, honesty and respect than I… was at Harte Infiniti. I am not a high-end customer, yet I was treated to feel like the most important. Contact with Ryan was prompt, genuine, not pushy and thorough. Ryan, Jay and Carmen were the best team I could've ever asked for to handle the transition from my old car to the one I just purchased. A fantastic buying experience!
by melsmith251 on 11/25/2014After shopping around for a few months, we found the perfect Toyota FJ online at Harte Infiniti, we live down on the shore, so travelling up to Hartford was only feasible if we were sure we were not wasting our time. We found EXACTLY what… we needed at Harte! Chris was friendly and kept in good contact, making the purchase easy even from 50 miles away. Chris accommodated our crazy schedules, and within 3 days we were cruising in our 'new' truck. We love our FJ and we got it for a steal of a price! Harte is worth the trip!

Our salesman Chris Salemi was so patient with us while we were trying to decide to… lease or buy. Dondi made both options hard to resist. We could not have asked for a better experience at a dealership. AND we ended up with and M56 instead of an M37... Bonus!Hello, Gia! greatest dealership experience ever!!!

My credit wasn't too good and Ryan found every possible way to… make sure I got the car I wanted. G35x to Q50
by jackncheese on 10/07/2014I just upgraded from my 2008 G35x to the 2014 Q50 at Harte Infiniti in Hartford. My salesman, Chris Salemi, provided an absolutely amazing experience. He was patient, able to answer all my questions and available whenever I needed him… even outside of business hours. I had to decide between buying and leasing and he provided me with so much guidance and a ton of options, which made my decision much easier/smoother seeing as this was my first time buying/leasing on my own. I have nothing but great things to say about Chris and everyone else at Harte Infiniti. Highly, highly recommend if you are interested in an Infiniti or just want to look around! You will not be disappointed.Love this dealer and happy with the sales process

Although new to this dealership, he was well versed in the details of my new QX60 and was extremely informative and… really helped make my final decision easy. by JRusse03 on 06/12/2014Harte Infinit Is A Class ACT! From the moment I met Joe F, he was someone I wanted to work with because of his calm demeanour and overall honest nature. He spent the time to find me a vehicle that fullfilled my needs, and never once… pressured me to make the sale. This is something hard to find at other delaerships in Hartford, and he won me over form the moment we met. Working in the Medical Supply field, I needed to find a vehicle that had a spacious interior, and was also fun to drive. Joe showed me a trade in that was not even on the lot yet, because he took the time to guage my needs and lead me to an excellent vehicle that had all of the luxuries I so desired. He was a part of every step, from finding the vehicle, to working with Roger (who did a great job finding me a lease) to working with Joe G getting the ac taken care (a small issue with a valve not working, they fixed it promptly and my car has been cool ever since). What sets this dealership apart from the competition, is HONESTY! They fullfilled everything they said, and impressed me with their follow-up at every step of the way. If you are looking for an honest group I would highly recommend checking out Harte Infinit, you will not be let down mark my word! by bruno99 on 11/05/2010In early October, I purchased a 2009 FX-35 from Harte Infiniti. Although I had initially visited the dealership to look at a 2008 FX-35 which I had seen on their web site, they also had a 2009 which had just come in that day from a lease.… The salesperson was very courteous and allowed me to drive the 2008 as well as the 2009 on both local roads and the highway to get a feel for the vehicles. The 2008 was exactly as advertised for equipment and quality but the 2009 had every bell and whistle with low mileage and has the 7 speed transmission which was exceptionally smooth. We negotiated a price for the 2008 and the 2009 but did not close the deal on the first visit. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle on that day and the salesperson provided the history and vehicle reports for both of the vehicles. After additional research and another test drive, I decided to purchase the 2009 as it was very competitively priced and was in showroom condition. Since the dealership is 75 miles from my home, the sales manager provided a very clean loaner vehicle for me to drive home instead of having me drive another 150 miles in my own car to purchase the vehicle the next day. He also provided new floor mats for the vehicle without asking after the price had already been negotiated and agreed upon without me even asking. The purchase was very smooth with no hidden costs. The car was as advertised and is exceeding all expectations for performance and quality. I have been pleased with the follow up of the sales team, particularly the sales manager, as they provided the items which they said they would deliver after the sale. All in all, it has been a very positive experience. Since I live 10 miles from another Infiniti dealership, I will be having it serviced locally but even this transition has been very simple as all of the records are already in the Infiniti database.
