  • Expected More From Management

1 out of 5 starsby RHK on 12/23/2024

Did not like the way management presented the deal after initial conversation with sales. Seemed like they were trying to hide some costs and did not feel comfortable. Left and would not go back or recommend. Seems like other dealers were more ethical.

  • Lexus of Greenwich

    1 out of 5 starsby jaa2 on 11/18/2010

I decided to purchase my mother a car for her birthday. I took her to Lexus of Greenwich for her to see the ES 350.The receptionist asked if we could use some assistance. When we said yes we heard her call a sales rep. Out of the corner of my eye I saw this guy with the phone in his ear peering out of his office. I overheard the receptionist say "Dick you are next and besides there isn't anyone else available. After several minutes more we were approached by Dick Brogan. The first words out of his mouth were that the used car department was down the street. I told him we were not in the market for a used car. I asked if he would show us a ES350. He pointed to one on the showroom floor. Someone came in from the service department and Dick walked over to him and left my mother and I standing there. He finally returned and asked "Well". I asked if we could test drive one. He told me that the demo was being serviced and would be available the following day. He asked if we would like he could price one for us to see if it would be in our budget (if we could afford it).I responded that if wasn't in our budget we wouldn't be there and no need to price one up because I wouldn't want to take up any of his precious time. I then took my mom to another Lexus dealer where we were treated with respect and I purchased not only a ES 350 for my mother but a LS 460 as well for myself. Dick Brogan should learn not to judge a book by it's cover. Young black record producers do buy cars.

  • Excellent Service

    5 out of 5 starsby carbond007 on 01/06/2009

I have been bringing my ES 300 to Lexus of Greenwich for the past 5 years and have been very impressed with the quality of their service managers who are very knowledgeable about the cars and more importantly very honest and sincere about their assessments of what needs to be done. As someone else has commented on this board, despite their location in upscale Greenwich, CT., they are still grounded in their efforts of keeping customers happy by offering valuable advise on various options that are available to keep the car in good shape. The good quality of service was a real pleasant change for me after having owned Toyotas for many years and bringing them to the various Toyota dealerships in South-West CT. for service. Whenever I have brought in my car for servicing the car has been given a free wash (even with the basic oil change type of service), loaner cars (new cars usually) have been provided, and a couple of times I have availed of the free pick up and drop off. All the service managers are good but I have been particularly impressed with Alan. This positive service experience has convinced me to stay with Lexus and I am now in the process of buying a new GX 470 from this dealership.

  • Top Notch Service

5 out of 5 starsby lexusrxsearch on 04/27/2008

My past experiences convinced me to stay away from dealer service shops, and I was skeptical given the snooty location (Greenwich) and high-end brand (Lexus), but Lexus of Greenwich has me sold. So far, my new car only has 5000 miles on it, so they may be lubricating me for a major costly service at some point in the future. However, my first 4 experiences with them have been superb: getting estmates and advice for repairing the first scratch buying parts: touch up paint (see above) oil change swapping snow tires Every service appointment includes a free car wash, waiting room with drinks, TV and newspapers, and plenty of opportunity to ask questions and even chat up the mechanics. I haven't needed to get a loaner car, but they are available. The friendly and helpful service managers are available by phone/e-mail/in-person to discuss any issues and give advice. There hours are incredibly flexible (i.e. until midnight on weeknights) which makes scheduling service really convenient. Overall, top notch.

  • Good service but expensive

4 out of 5 starsby ctnewcarguy on 08/31/2007

This dealership - like all Lexus dealerships I assume - takes good care of its customers but at a price. I never paid so much for service as I do here but they are a class act. And if you have a problem, they will fix it and offer compensation without asking.
