    Was great because the service writer asked me about using rewards that I forgot I signed up for. Was nice to have cheap oil change.

    This was my 2nd visit for the shift to park issue, new parts are working so far. Rep tried to upsell several items. B@G fuel injection system cleaning sounded interesting but I was unclear on what price the rep said. It sounded like she said $49.95. I asked her how much it cost and she said $49.95. When it came time to pay it was $249.95 Next time I will ask to see the total in writing before I sign

  • UNPARALLELED SERVICE DEPT.

    From the moment I arrived I was warmly greeted and immediately taken care of. Mike is wonderful. He explained what was going to be done. And even noted there was a new recall on my vehicle that had just come out the day before my visit. My daughter and I waited in the lounge area and had a delicious cup of coffee. Mike came and got us when we were done. Explained the recall was not necessary because we had the right trailer hitch installed. And we were on our way! I drive almost 2 hours from Kingston, NY for my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado to be serviced. Even if it's only an oil change. I feel valued and appreciated by the Service Dept. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

    Despite the disappointing information that I not only need to return for a different, more expensive part, I was treated with respect and I fully understood the need to go to Plan B. I left smiling.

    I have never experienced the service I received at Ingersol Danbury before... It was perfection! We bought our Chevy Equinox there and everyone in sales was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and extremely helpful. After purchasing our SUV we noticed a few minor details that needed work on and it was taken care of right away. All of our needs were met and more and we even got a token for a free car wash! The sales, finance, and service department are the best I've seen and would highly recommend Ingersol Danbury to anyone I know! Thank you for a great experience.

    Nate was really helpful, professional and informative. I was very happy that he was letting me know on the progress by sending me text messages. Overall my car stayed in service only for 6-7 hours. They manage to cover all open items very quickly. I recommend Ingersoll auto Service to everyone.

    Went for a routine oil change. The staff were very nice and informed us that we could wait inside......coffee was available which is always nice. Within 20 minutes or so our car was ready, we were given a coin for a complementary car wash....very nice surprise.

    I had to bring in car for recall repair. I had a 9:15 appointment. Received a call 12:30 that my car was ready. Repair is so efficient.

    The greeting into the service area was very welcoming & quick. Mike is definitely an asset. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. The car was finished in 1 hour as promised.

    Our vehicle was brought in for warranty work and a loaner car was provided as the repair would take a few days. The whole visit went smoothly and efficiently. The car was ready on time, fixed, and even cleaned inside and out. I will continue to do all my car maintenance and repairs at Ingersoll Auto of Danbury. Great job with the car, and great job in dealing with your customers.
