by dsspaul on 10/31/2018I made a good deal for a slightly used chevy LT 2500hd truck gave them my card and left a deposit over the phone. When I called the following Monday arranged to papers they apologized said they sold my vehicle. Also said they would find… something similar at same price, the manager said he would call me asap. They offered me a no option truck for $3000 more without the plow & sander that was how they thought they were taking care of me. They do not keep their word i was the victim of a classic bait and switch in 2017! Called multiple times and never have they attempted to keep their word on the deal we made. Would take them to court but its not worth my time so just letting everyone who may deal with Ingersoll of Danbury they are old school used car scammers!Knew exactly what I wanted

Bob Laber was wonderful - I loved that I had the time to review my options and didn't not feel pushed or rushed. They gave me a fair value on my… trade, and Pete in Finance walked me through all the paperwork. The staff was incredibly courteous, the facility immaculate and they honestly seemed to care about their clients!! Will definitely highly recommend!Your kind words and fantastic are greatly appreciated! They Went Over and Above Anything I Could have Expected!

A pleasent car buying experience

Perfect Buying Experience
by MDGCT2015 on 12/15/2015I have a few reasons for recommending Ingersoll without reservation in the future... 1. You're open Sunday, the only day I could go out and look for a car. 2. Upon arriving at your dealership, my husband and I were so impressed at how large… a selection you carry and how clean your showroom and waiting room was. 3. The most important... Excellent Sales Person!!! Our sales person Monte was top notch. I must say it was quite refreshing to deal with someone you can joke around with and at the same time stay level headed. My husband and I felt like we were with family and not just another sales person trying to push you to buy something as supposed to showing you what you might be interested in. Kudos to Ingersoll!!! 4. Monte called me after the sale was already done just to thank me and find out how things are with my new car, BRAVO! 5. When I had a question and emailed Monte, he responded right away! So happy that he has my back covered even after the sale... We came to ingersoll and was helped right away by Steve hood. He spent lots of time with us and it did… not matter to him if we got a car that day or not. Because of his kindness and time. We did get a car that day and felt very confident with our purchase.Excellant service

The showroom and facilities are impressive; and there is a wide range of vehicles… available. There is also a genuine "team spirit" evident throughout the entire dealership. The overall approach is one of developing a long-term relationship, rather than simply securing a quick sale; and it is refreshing to see such "old fashioned" customer-facing values in a modern, progressive organization. Commendable service.
