    Was great because the service writer asked me about using rewards that I forgot I signed up for. Was nice to have cheap oil change.

    This was my 2nd visit for the shift to park issue, new parts are working so far. Rep tried to upsell several items. B@G fuel injection system cleaning sounded interesting but I was unclear on what price the rep said. It sounded like she said $49.95. I asked her how much it cost and she said $49.95. When it came time to pay it was $249.95 Next time I will ask to see the total in writing before I sign

  • BEWARE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

    I made a good deal for a slightly used chevy LT 2500hd truck gave them my card and left a deposit over the phone. When I called the following Monday arranged to papers they apologized said they sold my vehicle. Also said they would find something similar at same price, the manager said he would call me asap. They offered me a no option truck for $3000 more without the plow & sander that was how they thought they were taking care of me. They do not keep their word i was the victim of a classic bait and switch in 2017! Called multiple times and never have they attempted to keep their word on the deal we made. Would take them to court but its not worth my time so just letting everyone who may deal with Ingersoll of Danbury they are old school used car scammers!

    Stephen at Ingersoll was an excellent salesperson. He made sure I test drove all of the various options but really knew what I was looking for. He was able to suggest a car that is a real joy and fits my budget.

    I have already begun spreading the word about what a great experience I had at Ingersoll! Bob Laber was wonderful - I loved that I had the time to review my options and didn't not feel pushed or rushed. They gave me a fair value on my trade, and Pete in Finance walked me through all the paperwork. The staff was incredibly courteous, the facility immaculate and they honestly seemed to care about their clients!! Will definitely highly recommend!

  • UNPARALLELED SERVICE DEPT.

    From the moment I arrived I was warmly greeted and immediately taken care of. Mike is wonderful. He explained what was going to be done. And even noted there was a new recall on my vehicle that had just come out the day before my visit. My daughter and I waited in the lounge area and had a delicious cup of coffee. Mike came and got us when we were done. Explained the recall was not necessary because we had the right trailer hitch installed. And we were on our way! I drive almost 2 hours from Kingston, NY for my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado to be serviced. Even if it's only an oil change. I feel valued and appreciated by the Service Dept. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

    I've bought a lot of vehicles in my day (36 yrs driving) and have had a lot of experience with dealerships. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had or even heard about. Not only will I recommend this dealership to everyone I know, I will also hold Ingersoll up as the standard to any other dealership I hear of that friends and family encounter. They've over-delivered on customer service, customer understanding, product knowledge, and kindness.

    Pat was warm and welcoming. He let me explain what I was looking for and never made me feel pushed to one car or another. He let me test drive a couple of cars and ultimately guided me to the car I purchased. I enjoyed my time with him.

    I had the most amazing experience at Ingersoll! Everyone was so helpful and curtious, especially Monte. It's always stressful or intimidating when purchasing a vehicle, however, my experience with Monte and the whole staff was wonderful!   • Perfect Buying Experience

    I have a few reasons for recommending Ingersoll without reservation in the future... 1. You're open Sunday, the only day I could go out and look for a car. 2. Upon arriving at your dealership, my husband and I were so impressed at how large a selection you carry and how clean your showroom and waiting room was. 3. The most important... Excellent Sales Person!!! Our sales person Monte was top notch. I must say it was quite refreshing to deal with someone you can joke around with and at the same time stay level headed. My husband and I felt like we were with family and not just another sales person trying to push you to buy something as supposed to showing you what you might be interested in. Kudos to Ingersoll!!! 4. Monte called me after the sale was already done just to thank me and find out how things are with my new car, BRAVO! 5. When I had a question and emailed Monte, he responded right away! So happy that he has my back covered even after the sale... PLUS, Location, you're close to our home in Ridgefield! how cool!
