Stay away!!!
by 2coffeyz on 03/29/2018Bought a 2011 taurus sho and was told that there were no accidents affiliated with the car. Then they show me a Carfax with no accidents on it. I asked again no front end and no rear damage. And Carlos the salesman that has been there for… thirteen years said no accidents. Then proceeded to tell me the green light auto owner has been driving the car and is in great shape. I purchase the car and after a sunny day I noticed the rear bumper has been replaced and painted. The paint is wavy and primer is coming through the paint. Called and asked what he was going to do about it and he replied must have been the previous owners let me check. Never got back to me til I called three days later. He states they havent got back to him and we wont be replacing the bumper. Great customer service. I say highly sarcastically. Green light auto had the car over 200 days, the owner drove it and yet they didnt notice the unprofessional work on the bumper. Sure. My review is this. They are dishonest, money hungry, and lack a spine to step up and help the customer. Stay away!!!!! Trust me there are better cars, then was Carlos and his crew have to offer. Better customer service too.Dont waste your money
by edison5 on 02/03/2016bought a 2012 g37x from them. With in a week i was having problems. Brought it back to the dealer for repairs. They told me nothing was wrong. The problem contuined so i brought back for a second time. They told be it waa fine it was… suppose to do that. Eneded up bringing the car to infiniti delaer. They fixed the issues with cost me $2,500 in repairs. 2 bad front wheel barring and an axle. Also the power sterring resevor had to be replaced. The worst thing is i asked them to look at those thing and they never did. Long stroy short dont buy from them. You will regret it. Dont trust them there really nice until u sign those papers.ignore by everyone over there
by Binho_astoria on 09/22/2015i was looking for this car for few weeks. Family i find one on this place. i call to make sure the car was still available. drove 1:20 minute to get there. I was totally ignore by the sell person. After seeing the car. The car was very beat… up and not in great condition . But i was still interesting in buy it. NOP the sell person didn't engage and kind of sale or nothing... he just toke the key from my hand . i was ready to buy the car in cash. but i couldn't . i just walk away very disappointed with my experience.
