    I purchased a 2010 Ford F 150 from DYE in mid April, along with a 3 year, 60,000 mile warranty from Smart Autocare. On May 5th, this truck broke down due to cylinder mis-fire. I had it towed to Tech One Truck and Auto, on the reccomedation from DYE Auto. Tech One works on their vehicles pre-sale I guess. So on May 7th the claim was reported to Smart Autocare, on June 4th, after almost a month of back and forth between Tech One and Smart Autocare, I received a call from Tech One, saying that he had received approval to move foward with the repairs. On June 18th , I was told by Tech One that the truck was done and that I should be able to pick it up the following day. On June 19th I was told by Tech One they Smart Autocare had denied the claim because they did not get proper documentation to warrant the repairs.. After spending the remainder of the week calling, emailing, Smart Autocare and Dye Auto, neither of them will do anything for me, and the mechanic will not work with me at all on the $5,000.00 bill! It is now June 23rd, and my truck has been in the shop longer than I have owned it, and I have to come up with an additional 5 grand to get it back!! I would not wish this experience on anyone! I expect it from a dealer that I have purchased 3 vehicles from!
