New Truck Buyer

Being over 300 miles apart, the Sales Associate prepared and sent me a video of the truck and features. Very cool and well done.… Turner worked with us on price and value of trade vehicle. Sales Associate drove 2.5 hours each way to meet 1/2 way between Turner and our location to personally deliver the vehicle, go over the Truck's features, and complete paperwork. Stay far far away
by alibubba43 on 12/08/2017These people sold me a vehicle with bad brakes. They were also tampered with so they would not squeal. When confronted, they stated they were at 4. They are only replaced at 3. How convenient. There was also nearly a half tank of gas… missing from time of purchase until time of pickup. Prices and discounts were given up front (available on the Turner Toyota website) and were competitive with discounted prices at the large dealerships on the Front Range. There were no… hidden charges, and this straightforward pricing was greatly appreciated. Turner Toyota is a smaller dealership, but they were successful in getting us the new vehicle we wanted as quickly as possible. Wendy and Brian in sales were very helpful and a pleasure to work with as was Tess, who handled the paperwork. The purchase was easy.
