    We had a terrific experience at AutoNation Buick GMC. We actually went there to talk to the service department about my old Saturn VUE. While we were there my wife and I had decided to walk around the lot and look at cars to see what’s new. My wife spotted the Buick Encore (Which is a pretty sweet car) so I thought maybe we should get more information to take home with us. As we went into the dealership, we were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Eugene W. Eugene spent some time with us answering our questions and offered a test drive. He really knew this car inside and out (you could tell is does his homework), he must have explained every feature of the car and was able to demonstrate how it worked too, (unlike some car sales people that I have worked with in the past) there was not a question he couldn’t answer. We took the Encore for a test drive, the car felt solid on the road and I was amazed how quiet it was while on the road. Both of us decided it was time to buy a new car. In the past I have always found car buying to be a nerve-racking experience, I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime and hated every minute of it. Eugene and AutoNation made this a pleasant experience, no high pressure to buy. They were very thorough and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you are thinking about buying a car, definitely go to AutoNation Buick GMC and make sure to ask for Eugene, [non-permissible content removed].

  • Purchasing a used car

    My experience was exceptional. My Pontiac Vibe was totaled in a recent accident. I had hoped to find another one, but could not. This dealership was recommended by my insurance adjuster. All of the staff there treated me with concern and helped me to find another vehicle in my price range, which I did. The car was in excellent condition, and included more than I thought my budget would allow. Every aspect of the purchase from sales to finance was stress free and excellent. I felt like a valued customer. I feel like I developed a friendship with the staff and appreciated them helping me through a rough time.

    We took our SUV in on Thursday night so they could look at it first thing Friday morning. We had to call Friday afternoon to see what was going on and they were just looking at it. They did call and let us know what it needed. We authorized it to be fixed. At 6:30 that night I called and left a message for the service agent to let us know if it was done. We heard nothing. Saturday at noon I called again and they said it was done at 5 the night before (which really inconvenienced our family). When we went to pick it up, they hadn't even bothered to wash it and said it would take another 10 minutes to get it washed. No apologies, no nothing. I have been a loyal GM customer for over 30 years and this is the worst service I have ever received.

  • Very Pleasant Used Car Purchase

    Robert was our salesman, he did a great job explaining the process and quickly getting down to the details with us when the time was right. We didn't have to spend the entire day to buy a car, which was most important to us. I would definitely buy from here again.

  • Smooth, no pressure sale!

    Bought a 2012 Enclave. Same one that was quoted to me from an internet inquiry. The staff was no pressure, courteous, and very knowledgable about the car. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. These people went out of their way to ensure this was smooth and that my wife was comfortable in making her decision on the vehicle she wanted. I would definitly recommend this to anyone interested in a fair price and a stress=free purchase. Thanks for everything!

    Rare to find a car dealership to whom the customer is the boss and most important consideration, but Go Buick GMC Park Meadows is one of the very few. They treat the customer so well during the purchase and for service afterward.

    My husband and I recently purchased a 2007 Yukon XL from AutoNation Park Meadows. It was the best car-buying experience we've had to date. We worked with Mike and Sam who were both very helpful, friendly, and helped us get the vehicle we wanted at the payment we were willing to make. The dealership was very clean and everyone there was friendly and accommodating. We will certainly purchase from them in the future, and we will recommend this dealership to friends and family.
