    From start to finish, we had a great overall experience working with Grant at Peak Kia. He helped us find what we were looking for, and helped us through the entire car buying process. It was a fun and enjoyable experience.

    These people are fake and will just try to be nice when they think they can get money from you. They denied me warranty coverage for some clutch issues I was having on my 2013 Kia, claiming I was likely driving my car wrong and that there was nothing they could do but charge me over $1,300 to put a new clutch. But my car has 40,000 miles and is in great condition (I'm the first owner), so I knew something else was the problem. After visiting Peak Kia's service department three times, get pushed around, and have my car problem ignored (they didn't even take the time to put it up on a rack or open up the hood) I lost patience and took it to a third party shop, where finally they diagnosed what the real issue was with my clutch: a defective transmission which had been leaking onto my clutch for months! Imagine how mad and frustrated I was to have needed to spend $450 to have my car diagnosed when Peak Kia should have done so weeks ago... But again these people are negligent. They are only interested in helping out when it's convenient to them and if you are paying... All I'm saying is beware. They pretend to be nice but really they don't care about you. Even when I told them of the details of my diagnosis after the fact they refused to help me out with a loaner so I could work. In the end I had to get my car towed to Arapahoe Kia (who by the way helped me replaced the entire transmission at NO charge and were quite friendly), spend hundreds of dollars, and miss on weeks of work for not having my car. And still to this day I haven't even gotten a call from Peak Kia to apologize for their negligent and dismissive behavior. And bad customer care! I will never, EVER go back to Peak Kia.... They made me feel bad for my clutch issues because maybe I didn't know how to drive my manual car....Seriously? Is that some sort of sexist assumption? [non-permissible content removed]. The least they could have done in my three visits is put the car up and check for leaks, or let me borrow a car while mine was in the other Kia shop for two full weeks... Anyway, these people aren't your friends (especially Chad). They don't even say sorry after it's obvious they've made a mistake. Take your business elsewhere and don't believe any of the fake comments customers post here, because the Peak Kia team begs them to do so (like they tried with me on my first visit).

    Brian and Daniel very kindly worked with me and my Mom to find the right car for her. We both felt at ease working with the sales staff, never felt pressured and always felt we were being provided with honest information. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. Mom is very excited!

    On 5/19 (two months ago) I purchased a used vehicle from Peak Kia in Littleton that had transmission problems the day we drove it home, we returned it to their lot in under 24 hours from purchasing. We now know we purchased a lemon which has currently been in their shop for weeks because their service department is a joke and can't even call us to tell us what is going on when we ask. On June 24th they offered a replacement vehicle in which we explicitly stated we cannot spend any more money, they agreed and we went to their dealership where they pulled a vehicle up just for us before we got there that was listed on their website for $801 more. Then they wanted to go home so sent us out the door with the vehicle to finish the paperwork the next day. I get a call the next morning asking for an additional  $1,750 down on top of what we already paid, and that the vehicle that was presented to us with the understanding we cannot pay more went from $8,800 on their website somehow to $10,500 (we only paid $7,999 for the first vehicle plus warranty taxes etc came to a $11,000 auto loan). We went around for hours before they retracted their offer to get us into a different vehicle and I told them they just need to uphold their $2,500 "prime" warranty and fix the one we originally purchased in a timely matter. I was then told that they cannot promise the vehicle at any time. Since then they have insisted that they replaced the transmission 4 times originally then retracted to 3 times, told me the last one they were putting in it was brand new which then they again retracted and said the next one they put in it will be brand new. They are apparently are not equipped to properly fix the vehicle and they keep lying and retracting statements and giving me the run around. I have now made my first payment on the vehicle and the temporary tag will expire soon and I haven't driven the vehicle 20 miles. They cannot even produce a service record for any repairs they have "done".

    I was very pleased with my recent purchase of a Kia Sorrento at Peak Kia with Mike Topolosky. Mike was no-pressure and professional from our very first contact. He was consistently responsive to our text and phone queries. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a top-notch pre-owned or new car buying experience.

    I purchased a new Kia Sportage from Peak Kia and I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and the overall buying experience. Matt Sandoval was my salesman and he made everything so easy. I felt comfortable working with him and never felt pressured or hassled. Peak Kia and Matt are terrific!

    I recently bought a 2016 Kia Soul from Peak Kia in Littleton. I actually completed the sale long distance and it couldn't have been easier! I can't get over the exceptional service I received. Mike Topolosky was my sales rep and went above and beyond any service I could have expected. Bravo!

    This was the single best car buying experience I've had. I bought a newer Kia Sportage for myself and a preowned Honda Accord for my daughter. The night before I spent hours on the internet looking at inventories at the surrounding dealerships in my area. Peak Kia hands down had the best inventory. Marc attentively listened to our needs, he respected our budget and made suggestions. He was very personable and positive, making the car buying process less tedious. I would definitely return to Peak Kia and let Marc help me in the future.

    Recently I have been shopping around for a new vehicle for the family. Victor Sena was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. I would highly recommend going to him when looking to purchase a new vehicle.

    My decision to buy from Peak Kia rested on the way I was treated by the salesman. I visited Peak Kia toward the end of 2015, checked out two other dealers in the Colorado area and was left with the impression that Peak Kia was pretty straight forward with their deal. So, I went back to but from them. The salesman Matthew Sandoval helped me get close to my ideal price and that's what I was looking for.

    A recent car accident made it necessary to purchase a new car. Two years ago, I had a great experience with Grant Harrell so I went straight back and asked for him. He listened to what I wanted and worked to find me just the right new car. I left two years ago super happy and I left two weeks ago equally as happy. The team at Peak is fantastic! As I sat in the waiting room, Bob from Service came in. Even though I hadn't been there for a few months and he has hundreds of clients that come through, Bob called me by name. WHO DOES THAT??? No one, that's who! And last but not least, there is Sean in Finance. He is great, goes through the process as quickly or slowly as you need and is hilarious! Who smiles and laughs while they sign their life away to the car payment gods? I did and you will to! Give 'em a try. Peak, Grant, Bob and Sean have a loyal customer for as long as I can drive! :-) Thanks everyone!

    We were able to get a great car for our family. It was great that we were able to check the inventory before we actually went to Wadsworth. Andy was great about making the entire process painfree. We are so glad that we got our car from Peak. Other dealerships could learn how to good business from these guys.

    Let me say, I have purchased quite a few cars before but have NEVER had such a wonderful, fun yet professional experience before, as I did when coming to Peak Kia! Grant Harrell was my Salesman and he is very patient, knowledgeable and just an all-around very nice guy! I was very impressed with the showroom and the customer lounge, definitely designed to make their customers comfortable. One of the most stressful segments (to me) when purchasing a vehicle is financing; at Peak Kia, that stress was not evident and I didn't feel one bit of anxiety, stress or distress. Mike, I believe is his name, in Finance was just way nice! Also, we didn't meet Dan but whomever Dan is, he is an Angel! THANK YOU PEAK KIA for making the purchase of my first SUV a memorable one, for ALL of the right reasons! Love my Sorento!!

    I spoke with a gentle man by the name of Marc. I went in with little to no credit and he was able to put me in a brand new car. He spent well over two hours with me making sure i was comfortable and all my questions were answered. Not to mention he listened to my needs and didnt try to put me in something i couldnt afford.
