by Kierron on 12/12/2019I went to test drive a vehicle super randomly on a day off so that I could get a feel of it as I was looking at getting one through third party. The drive was great (up to Lookout Mountain), got back to the dealer and Ben (salesmen) was an… amazing help in seeing if they could get me financed.. low and behold they were able to make it happen and I walked out with new car. Fast forward 8k miles later to my first maintenance and the service there was just as easy and great.Great and very professional team

I gave them 5 Stars and would say my experience with them was incredible. More specifically I… would like to give high praise to my salesmen, Ignat Volkov. He is true professional, knowledgeable, patient in the whole process, and explicitly explains all car features and purchasing options . His approach is quite relaxed. There was no pressure from him. The team was readily staying late and even after hours to wrap up the deal. Ignat also made follow up phone calls to me to assure my compete satisfaction that was really pleasant to me. After all, I got my new Mazda CX-5 at very good price and I am extremely happy with it. I can definitely say that all my expectations have been met. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, you should definitely visit McDonald Mazda West and asked for Ignat Volkov, you will be glad you did. McDonald Mazda West team is really making great efforts to deliver an outstanding consumer experience. Thanks Ignat and all the folks at McDonald Mazda West.
