  • Poor communication

    I have tried so many times using Edmunds and other ways. NO response of any sort from this dealer regarding a new purchase of RX I think Edmunds should give an option to select other dealers in the region rather than recommending this dealer

  • Terrible experience

    I was in contact with a sales representative for about a week about a GX that had just arrived. Everything was going great, communication was good and I was in LOVE with the GX. We came to an agreement about the price and I was texted a picture of agreement ( I don’t live close to the dealership but was already there that day to look at it.) and told me I need to put the $1000 hold on it due to the GX not being ready. I texted the sale rep back about 20 mins later asking the best way to pay and he told me someone else just put a hold on the GX. I'm sorry- that is not ok!!! How can you give me an agreement and 20 mins later sell it to someone else. That is not right. I was told they had priority because they were in person! I'm sorry but that is wrong on so many levels. I was already there that day in person and ready to put the GX on hold. I'm heart broken!!! I had looked at over 300 GX's in the last month all the way from California to Georgia and it has been so stressful. Finally found one I love and it was sold because I didn't text back right away. Maybe call next time. Definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone.
    • Hello Samantha, we don't put holds or deposits on Pre-Owned vehicles until we have agreed upon numbers and there are no other open issues or approvals needed. You did not put down a deposit and said you needed to speak to your husband first. Unfortunately in this tight inventory situation and market someone else beat you to the finish line.   • Proceed with Caution

    I have had a mediocre, mixed experience with Kuni so far. And really want to be able to give the dealership 5-stars next time around. I might consider doing business with them again for the following upsides: larger inventory than others in the area, more conveniently located, very friendly staff and super welcoming environment, awesome tech specialists to help me learn my new car, finance guy was pretty fun, managers allowed me to correct some mistakes, good service department (so far)... I do love my new ride :) I ultimately ended up in a better, decent deal on a new car lease and feeling okay with the current situation. Especially given the weird market we are in today. I made some rookie mistakes, because they were so nice about everything. Allowed myself to get talked into an initial lease on a cheaper car I didn't really like, and also signed up for some extra (expensive, unnecessary) coverages that were not what I thought or wanted. There were a lot of miscommunications with my sales team over additional coverages. I should have personally taken more time to fully read through the brochures before signing, and not just trusted the great sales pitch. Some coverages I'm still happy with (fingers crossed) and others not so much. The manager was quite generous in letting me upgrade the car into something that better fit my preferences. I think he did his best to correct a few bad choices, after I'd already signed paperwork. I'm still skeptical that a 6%/.00252 (interest rate/money factor) makes sense for someone who has excellent 800+ credit. Hence, my lease is costing about the same (if not more) than it would have been to buy the same car at a 3% interest rate (not including extra coverages); certainly not typical. But I can live with it. FYI: Starguard does not include benefits of AAA and roadside assistance, towing, ect. Clear mask is only partial and does not cover the full exterior of a car. Do not sign anything until you really like the car, read all the fine print and know the cost breakdowns. Otherwise, you loose your ability to negotiate a better deal, or worse get stuck in a car you don't like. Hope this review is helpful to others.

  • Extremely bad Sales Manager

    I called regarding a vehicle I was interested in and the sales manager agreed to my offer for this vehicle. Sales man helped initially because the car would need to be shipped from Colorado to Florida. The next morning I wire transferred the only to later find out that the vehicle had been sold. I’m sure they have an answer as they always do, but this stressed me out to no end and not even an apology. They are always nice when they want your money There is no excuse for what they put me through. Watch yourselves with them every one.

  • Terrible Experience

    Went into the Greenwood Village location as a walk-in as I was in the neighborhood at other dealerships looking to purchase a used Lexus. I provided pretty specific guidelines for what I was looking for and then was paired with a sales woman by the name of Addie, who looked at their inventory list to meet my specific budget. I advised her I was not looking to finance and wanted to purchase a vehicle in all cash. We went through a few options that didn't appeal to me and then found one that was close to my needs. However, the price point was above my budget and I advised them of such. She kept insisting that if I wanted a nice car that I would have to stretch my budget and kept trying to get me to finance the difference, even though I insisted I didn't want to finance at least 10 times. She then kept insisting that was the car I wanted even though I told her that while the car was ideal, the price point was too high. She then let out very clear and audible "ugh" like she was disgusted with how particular I was trying to be with my purchase. I let her know this was a big deal for me and that it wasn't a small amount of money. She then told me I was looking for a unicorn and that perhaps buying from a dealership wasn't suited for me but quickly added that she would never buy from a private deal. The pretentiousness was so thick in the air you could cut it with a butter knife. Any person serious about buying a car and spending a reasonable amount of money should be searching for a unicorn... At this point, it was just more condescending comments and gestures and I decided it was time to leave. Usually, I don't post reviews but this left such a bad taste in my mouth I felt I had no other option.

    We went to Kuni for a Certified Preowned Vehicle, but it was sold before we get there. So we asked to test drive a few other models and the sales person was very helpful and courteous. We ended up spending about 3+ hours, inspected 4-5 different models and test drove 2 of their latest models while enjoying the pleasant atmosphere of Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village. We did not make any purchase, but the sales person was not pushy and helped us with all of information we needed. The sales person was also very knowledgeable. Very recommended.

    I became interested in a used 2018 Alfa Romero from Kuni's website a week or so ago. I started working with a salesperson and went in for a test drive earlier in the week. I very much liked the car and submitted a clear written offer in an email to the salesperson. A few days later, I brought my current vehicle in to be assessed for a possible trade-in and discovered the Alfa's price had INCREASED by almost $4,000! I was shocked that I had not been notified of the price increase and found it coincidental that the price had increased the day I was going into the dealership to negotiate a deal. Buyer beware!

When you came in for the AlfaRomeo we did make a market adjustment to the vehicle you were interested in and we did mention that to you when you arrived. We offered to honor the same price for you, that you had seen the day before but you made an offer thousands below that. I apologize that we were unable to accommodate your offer but it was far below the auction value or wholesale book value. We would like to help you if you have not purchased a vehicle yet.     From AJ, who was excellent and so welcoming to my family and I from the second we walked in, to Anthony, the manager that helped structure our deal, to the prep and finance department, Kuni Lexus runs like a well oil machine. In addition to the efficiency of our deal, the transparency provided by the Kuni team was greatly appreciated. I was truly given a behind the scenes perspective into how our deal was being handled, and this ensured that I knew we were getting the best eligible deal for our situation. This is our first Lexus and we hope it is one of many to come. Cheers to Kuni on a heck of a dealership, they even have a playroom!! (Probably what sealed the deal For us) and Thank you AJ!!!

    I bought a car from John Dean and he did a fantastic job with everything from start to finish, he answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my car. I had a small problem that came up a week later with the used car I purchased that was addressed quickly and without hassle. I really appreciated their professionalism in all departments, both sales and service. I highly recommend purchasing a car from them!

From AJ in Sales, to the Finance team and everyone in Kuni’s dealership made for a pleasurable experience. I not only bought my vehicle, but returned 3 days later to my a vehicle for my daughter from AJ.

    From the moment we stepped into the store room we were greeted with kindness. Raymond was our sale person and he was out standing, he listened to our needs and didn't try to swayed us in different directions. Great follow thru and follow-up after the deal was done!!
