Having arranged roadside assistance and extended warranty at time of purchase, I received a tow to bring my vehicle to the Larry H Miller dealership plus… a complimentary ride to a location where I had another vehicle available to borrow temporarily. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the status was communicating via text messaging. Chris Keddington was extremely efficient, professional and customer friendly. That to Mr. Keddington and the fine staff at Larry H. Miller, I am going to purchase my next vehicle there. Thank you for the superb service from start to finish! My vehicle was purchased used because it had previously been a demo, although for me, I considered it new with less that 50 miles on it at time of purchase. -DMGreat service from Larry H Miller

Outrageous incompetence
by LucaPasca on 04/18/2019I had the worst experience ever at this dealership. None of their employees know what they are doing. General managers included. When I bought my RAM 1500 I noticed the gps and CarPlay werenât working right so I went back to the… dealership to get it sorted out. They told me that it would take about 6 weeks to get a radio shipped in. After 6 weeks I called and I was told they didnât have an order for a new radio for my truck so I placed another order. Another six weeks go by so I call back to see if they had news on my radio. Again, no order was placed! After that I called once a month for 6 months to make sure they had an order for my radio and every single time I was told that they could not find my order. Only after I posted bad reviews on them I finally get a call from I think he qualified himself as the manager at parts. Saying that he was sorry and he could help me fix this situation. I took my truck in 10 months after I bought it cause they finally had received my radio! It was supposed to be ready in a couple days instead it took them 5 weeks! 5 weeks! To install a radio!! I could not believe it! Then, after I was told the rental was going to be 0 cost to me, yes 0, my rental cost me about 300$. I donât think that is very fair to a customer that has bought 2 cars from them and is about to get two new ones! They do not deserve my business!Jeep Wrangler

Oil change experience
by JeepOwner on 04/16/2019I took our Jeep for an oil change on a Saturday, when you are not allowed to schedule an appointment, it is first come first served. Third Jeep to arrive. Waited over 2 hours and went to check on the vehicle & found it sitting there. First… I was told it wasn't checked in, then after review they told me it was finished but they were not aware so didnt call me. I had other things to do so I left only to find that whoever's got in my Jeep left dirt on the driver's side carpet & greasy hand prints all over the hood. I called the shop & they said I could bring it back to be cleaned. Who has time to drive back over to the dealership to get the carpet & hood cleaned. Employees should respect others possessions & if they cause a mess, they should clean it up. Have respect for others. Always something with this dealers service center. Great service, great staff but I wish they weren't so overworked
by Chris on 04/15/2019I recently took my 2017 Chrysler 300 in for service. I figured I'd lump in a couple recall notices, a backup camera problem (warranty coverage! nice!), and an oil change. The service staff was fantastic - attentive and honest, and not… pushy. They did suggest an oil change package - they didn't pressure me while I thought about it. Ended up going with it anyway - I could do it myself cheaper, but who's got that kind of time? Thanks to the recall notices I was given a loaner for the duration of the work. I gotta say the Jeep Wrangler was really fun to drive. But back on topic: The loaner was in good shape and they didn't make a big deal out of the whole process. Did the walkaround, gave em all the necessary documentation, the porter made their copies, and came back with the keys. Off we went! (Just as a side note: I loved that the paperwork said "No Offroading!" before I even knew I was getting a Jeep. Perfect comedic timing.) I also appreciated how detailed their work notes were - separate items for everything they worked on, notes about each item was resolved, all that jazz. The backup camera problem took a while to get sorted out, but I'm not surprised - electrical systems are finickey and the problem only ever showed up on cold days in the first place. That's a tricky problem to solve. Drop off and pick up both took a bit longer than I was hoping, but in both cases the staff seemed like they had more work to do than they had time to do it, which seemed a little unfair to put them through. And despite how much work they had, they still returned my car to me washed and cleaned better than I usually do it myself. To be more blunt: The only downsides I experienced were kinda long waits. And given how hard literally everyone I saw was working, the problem wasn't the staff - the problem was not having enough staff for the workload. This isn't a knock on anyone at the dealer, but I'm not really a fan of Chrysler's customer service survey expectations - anything less than a 10 is failure? I mean I get that everyone does it (even with Lyft and Uber, anything less than perfect gets the drivers in trouble!) but it's really unreasonable. Pros: - Very professional staff - Only as much paperwork as necessary - Very fun loaner vehicle in good shape - Convenient operating hours - Quick turnaround on the repair work Cons: - Chrysler's anything-less-than-10-is-failing system means you can't provide useful feedback through official channels. - Management needs to hire another couple people! Conclusion: I'm really happy with how my car was taken care of and how I was treated, and I really wish they had a few more employees so these stellar people can breathe.Hello, thank you for reviewing your experience. Awesome Customer Service

THAT is what made up my mind to buy from Larry H Miller. We had a great… experience and we were able to be Caine's FIRST SALE!! We were super stoked for him. Not only did Caine do a great job if he didnt know the answer he tan around to find it. The other staff were warm and welcoming as well. The guy that we signed the paperwork with (I apologize I cant remember his name) was amazing. So friendly so thorough and did his best to get us every bang for our buck. The staff at Larry H Miller really do go above and beyond to get you what you ask for. Nothing makes me more angry than to go to a dealership and tell them I want X amount of vehicle at X amount budget and the 1st thing they show you is 20,000 over budget. They never once did this to ke at L.H.M Yhabk you all for the great experience. We purchased a 2018 Durango RT and we couldnt be more satisfied with the staff! They have an lifelong customer here and I already sent out referrals for others that may be looking. You wont be disappointed! I had been at another dealership who treated me terribly and tried pushing me into cars I didn't want, so my husband called Larry H Miller, set everything up over… the phone and I walked in to "what color do you want". I couldn't have been happier with Dennis, but then I sat with Tilo in finance. This is the first brand new car I've ever gotten and I beyond love it and loved Larry H Miller! We will absolutely be going back! They're even willing to help us find an older model for my husband to fix up!! Use these guys!!No stars at all

Disappointing.

Then I had to return because I didn't get the multi point inspection report, they didn't do my 5 tire rotation, like I requested, and they also didn't wash… my jeep, which I asked for and was told I could receive.
