    I brought in my 2015 Renegade when my "low oil pressure" warning came on three ties in two days. Mike, the service manager, discovered that my vehicle only had about a quart of oil, with no sign of burning or leaking. My car had been serviced at the dealership in November of 2018, and the oil change interval message had been incorrectly set for 365 days or 10,000 miles after I had complained about it not being reset at all. I had missed my correct oil change interval, and I know I bear some responsibility for the error (watching my mileage) I rely on techs resetting the light correctly. Also, based on my November and now May experiences with one tech in particular, I suspect that my oil change in November may not have been done correctly. I rely on my dealership for service, and cannot risk damage to my vehicle. Again, Mike was excellent, attentive, and patient - but whomever serviced my oil change in November is suspect. I am considering finding a different dealership for service of my Renegade.

    Took my Jeep Wrangler in for a recall repair. Took me 2 months to get the service completed. This is a busy dealership but I was impressed how quickly the turnaround was. Excellent customer service

    The service we received was good and friendly but felt deceived by the information given us on the phone when we called to make an appointment for an oil change. We were told we could just come in, didn't need an appointment, that we wouldn't have to wait too long. Three hours later and 20 miles from home isn't acceptable. We would have been happy to make an appointment.

    It's amazing to me that their service has not improved even after so many customers have expressed their dissatisfaction. I'm one of those customers. I bought a three oil change package, and after completing my second one, I doubt I'll be coming back for the third. It's paid for already, but far from worth it. Wait times are always longer than estimated, and I'm asked questions that they themselves can answer. "So, you have the 2007 dodge, right?" No, dude, you literally just stepped out of my car... I won't waste more time here since it doesn't seem like they care anyways.

    Not only do the staff do an amazing job on muy vehicles for basic maintenance, but they also take care of specialty projects I bring them. They maintain our fleet of dodge brand cruisers with the best of them.

  • Ram dealer submits bare minimum, passes test

    Came in to get my transmission flushed after it was recommended 20k miles ago. I found the service staff courteous and reasonably accommodating when I asked to see the oil that came out. That said, the whole process of getting service seems intentionally convoluted and tight-lipped. If you know what to ask you can get the information you want. If not, good luck getting insight into why your car needed a transmission flush early, how the fluid looked when it came out, and what services your vehicle may need next. Also, minus a star for requiring $150 for resetting useless tpms sensors, institutionally designed to rip off the consumer with the bare minimum of effort, and no outside recourse. I would not use this dealer if it wasn't the only ram van service location available. Hooray for monopolies.

    I wasn't too happy that I showed up for my appointment and left three hours later. Initially I was told I'd be out in about an hour and a half but they ended up taking longer. When I had called in to schedule my appointment I also mentioned that my car was having issues and asked if that could be taken care of as well and I was told yes, well when I showed up I was told I had to schedule a separate appointment for the other issue. It's upsetting when you're told one thing on the phone and another in person.

    Great experience - engine ticking was quickly and accurately diagnosed and service performed within two days of my initially stopping by for an opinion on the noise. All personnel encountered were friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.

    I spoke with a new service receptionist who told me that I would have a regular service. Warranty worked, tow covered up to 100, rental paid for 35 per day, one day fix. For there most part Sonia was right! Robert on the other-hand made it difficult at every turn. Telling me my warranty might not work, and I should pay 830 dollars up front. Rentals are not "courtesy" and it will take extra time to convince the warranty to work. Bad news for Robert, I work with insurance in my own job and they were who I called first before speaking with him every time. They had a claim already and simply didn't bill it yet. Sounds like double dipping. They charged me my rental $250 for 2 days in the only car they had, an old van. Then failed to run it against the warranty when according to this unnamed rental company, he has access to bill anytime. The tow up the street one block from the tow company Robbie recommended charged 140 dollars. Everyone at LHMiller was wonderful. Except Robbie whom I always seemed to know more about my car and claim than him. He gets a 0. The rest of the company should not be held liable for one poor employees performance. I promised I would give a 5 star review because I follow through. I hope you are this Robbie.

    Ray and Cain are both super friendly and dedicated sales people. They were both clearly committed to ensuing I had a positive experience, which —luckily for me—ended in lease agreement :) I felt they were transparent and honest, which is a refreshing change vs other dealerships.

    I have been very impressed with the service department scheduling and completing my recall repairs on my Charger. Because I had to wait for my repairs at the dealership the service department bumped me up so that I could be on my way sooner then later in the day.
