    The service personnel were very helpful and got me in and out very quickly. The only thing that I didn't like was that when I got the reminder to call in for my oil change (It's about that time...), I was told I couldn't be seen for 3 weeks. I get nervous going 3 weeks past my oil change date, even though I was under the mileage...

    This was an amazing experience!! From the receptionist to the salesman Dennis Haubert, to finance this was definitely one of the best experiences we've ever had at a car dealership!!!

  • Great Customer Service

    I bought a brand new vehicle and a few miles after I left the dealership in my new vehicle, the accelerator stop working and the car came to a complete stop and would not turn back on. I immediately called the dealership and my salesman didn't question me nor try to solve the problem over the phone, he instead said he was on his way to me to see what may be wrong. When he reached me he wasn't able to get the car started again either so he called a tow truck to tow my vehicle back to the dealership and in the meantime he escorted me in his vehicle back to the dealership as well. Once at the dealership, I was so upset at the fact that a brand new vehicle could die just minutes into me owning it that I told them I didn't care what was wrong with the car or if they could fix it because I wouldn't want that car back ever and they had better come up with a solution. My salesman did just that, he promised to find me an exact match to the car I just bought and we would shred the old paperwork and sign all new paperwork. He put me in another vehicle immediately just so I could go about my day for however long it would take him to find my exact vehicle match. He not only found the exact match to my previously purchased vehicle in just 1 day, but he also drove this new car to my home along with the new paperwork to sign so that i wasn't inconvenienced.

    i was able to get a couple of the service items completed for less cost at another location. Ie the differential fluids were done 50% cheaper.

    my sales person was named Ivan, he was extremely helpful and enthusiastic, when he couldn't answer a question I had he quickly found the answer for me. I enjoyed his low pressure approach. and easy to talk to, Ivan is the reason I purchased from Larry Miller, I had a bad experience with Larry Miller many years ago, and was dead set on not buying from this dealership ever again, Ivan erased the bad experience I had.

    My entire experience with Larry H. Miller and Chrysler was absurd. There are expectations that should be met by an Auto Dealer when a customer is handling their product that has the potential to cause harm to a life. I would strongly advise against anyone thinking about giving these people your business. They are absolutely shameful.

  • Quick Oil Change

    I had my 3yr old with me at the time of appointment. The service department made an extra effort to quickly finish the work on my Jeep and get me back on the road. They even gave my Jeep a wash. Most unexpected and much appreciated!

  • Very Poor Service

    Being an electrical contractor I have a number of Chrysler products. Having serviced all my vehicles at the previous PRO dealership since 2000 with no problems. My last two visits with the Miller dealership has been a nightmare. Three and a half hours for an oil change, with an appointment. Front breaks installed but make excessive noise. Dealer states they are fine. I could go on, what's the point. Operationally this reminds me of the old Northglenn Dodge. It will be interesting to see if the Miller acquisition will be able to maintain the 5 star rating that Pro had.

  • Awful service and maintenance department

    2014 Dodge Ram Larimie, 16000miles. I did not buy here, and I'm great fun for that. I have had my vehicle in twice for service, once for warranty on a window regulator, and once for regular maintenance. When I was in for the window regulator, I called ahead for an appointment, brought it in on the day, they had it all day, only to call at the end of the day and say they didn't have the part, so I had to bring in again, another day waisted. Then they scratched the tint on the window, and [non-permissible content removed] running the vehicles though the wash changed my channels in the radio, I'm sure they were blasting the system. Ok, perhaps an isolated incident, and after all the window was fixed. Decided to bring in the truck for maintenance, especially because they could do the tire rotation, most grease monkeys can't because the truck is so heavy. Called ahead, they said no appointment necessary because it's "express" . Took it in a few days later, was not notified there was a nearly 3 hour wait, or else I would have left right there. Finally got the truck back, drove off, and then noticed that the tires weren't rotated, there happened to be some pink paint on the treads in the rear passenger tire. Oh yeah, and [non-permissible content removed] changed the radio again. Called back, put on endless hold. Called the service manager, no call back either. Checked their reviews...no wonder, they're horrible. Stole my money and waisted my time, don't bother. Be warned!

    Would have given them a 5 star rating however they broke my glove box while checking the cabin filter. They immediately reported this to me and have scheduled replacement of the component. It does require a 2nd visit to have it replaced which is why I gave a 4 out of 5 rating

    I did not know at the time I went to the dealership that an appointment was needed to have the oil changed. I thought that they had quick lube service like they did when it was Pro Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I did eventually make an appointment and had the service done.

    Everything went pretty good except I believe Josh said that you may have to to a rear end alignment and there is no such thing as that the mechanic that went for a test ride with me is the young man who informed me of this so maybe Josh mixed up the wording on this is what the service receptionist said but that service is $99.00 + Tax and I feel that this is a misrepresentation and also made me feel like I was being Lied to to charge me for something I did not need and just cause I am a women to try and Take advantage other than that I really am happy with all the new staff and owners and I look forward to doing future business in my services on my trucks as well as buying another vehicle have a blessed day and create an amazing day.
