    I recently bought my first Mercedes Benz and was met with unmatched customer service start to finish! Tony was excellent, very accommodating and patient. I could not have asked for a better experience. Also the general manager, sales and finance manager were all wonderful. Would highly recommend this dealership.

    I was a walk-in and ended up getting the pleasure of working with James on the purchase of my new car. He was incredibly helpful and super friendly. The whole process was efficient and quick. Marco in Finance was great too! I would highly recommend this dealership, specifically James, if you are interested in purchasing/leasing a new or used car.

    My experience purchasing an EQS from Mercedes Benz of Denver was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Johnathan.Throughout the entire process, he remained personable, informative, and remarkably thorough, ensuring that every aspect of my purchase was handled with care and attention to detail. Not only was Johnathan a pleasure to work with, but the entire team at Mercedes Benz of Denver contributed to making my experience memorable. Max, Marcos, and Jacob were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, further enhancing the overall atmosphere of the dealership. The EQS I purchased exceeded my expectations, not only in terms of its pristine condition but also in the fantastic incentives offered. Surprisingly, the monthly payments worked out to be the same as the Model Y I had on order, making the decision to choose the EQS even more enticing. Overall, I cannot recommend Mercedes Benz of Denver highly enough, and if you have the opportunity, I urge you to seek out Johnathan for your purchasing needs.     My salesman and i pre ordered the car and he kept me informed . He wrote me the date the car was being made, when it got on the boat and when it arrived in the us port. and of course informed me its arrival at the dealership. overall a great experence.

  • MB of Denver - BEST OF THE BEST!

    We had been shopping for a new EV for months. We had visited MB of Littleton and were less than impressed with their customer service. Their dealership felt very haughty and made us very uncomfortable. We decided to reach out to MB of Denver and what a difference! We worked with Tony Upton, who I can honestly say is the best sales person we've had the pleasure of working with. His knowledge of the EQE 350 far surpassed our expectations. We were bouncing between the Audi eTron and the MB EQE, but after visiting with Tony our decision was clear. If we could give him 10 stars, we would. I will add that every single person we interacted with at the dealership, from the front desk gal to the GM to other employees walking around, they were all so friendly and welcoming. Your dealership made us feel comfortable and relaxed and the process was so easy. You have customers for life and we are telling everyone. Thank you so much!!

    We recently purchased a 2023 Merceds C300 from MB of Denver with Drew Romkey as our sales agent. We had been to several MB dealerships in the Denver Metro area and Drew was the only one that sat down with us and went through everything about the car in great detail. Drew was the primary reason we decided to but from MB Denver and Emily, who contacted me today to let me know they would do everything to make the deal right for us are the primary reasons we will be doing business with them again for our next vehicle.

  • Great car, dealership doesn't honor written commitments without a battle

    While I LOVE my new EQS, I can't say the same for the MB Denver sales team. There were two significant issues that arose. Most of the sales negotiations were done via text messages. The first issue occurred when the sales manager's refused to honor the trade in value for my vehicle that his salesman had confirmed in text prior to my leaving for the dealership. This is the type of bait and switch sales tactics that dealerships are loathed for. They said what they had to in order to get me to the dealership, spend a bunch of my time, get me as committed as possible to the transaction, and then refuse to honor a previously negotiated term. The difference in value was less than $2k, so I let it go, though I knew at the time that I shouldn't do business with an organization that uses such tactics. The second issue occurred after the sale, when I brought the car in to have work agreed prior to the sale completed. That work included swapping out the "pillow" headrests that came with the vehicle, for the standard leather headrests. The swap had been agreed to in text, and was included in their "We Owe/You Owe" documentation of the sale. Even with the clear documentation, Max refused to approve the work to the service team, and they returned my vehicle to me three days later with the work incomplete. The service manager eventually sent me an apologetic email saying that the situation should never have occurred, the work was owed, and that they would now fix it if I brought the vehicle back. The entire experience was substantially subpar, and given the choice, I won't continue to do business with this dealership.

    We have not dealt with Mercedes of Denver in a number of years, but were incredibly happy with the experience. The front desk support was amazing and got us the information we needed on a used vehicle before we even walked in the door. Our sales representative was professional, polished, knowlegable and not at all pushy. This was a great experience.

    Mark M. went the extra mile during every part of my sale and made my purchase experience an easy one. Mark was responsive, worked with my schedule and provided valuable car-buying guidance as I hadn't purchased a care in about a dozen years.
