    From the time I walked in the showroom, they were extremely helpful, no pressure, easy to talk with and went above and beyond my expectations. I had no intention of buying a car, and VOILA!! I am so happy I took a detour and went in, on my way to the Lexus dealer!! Matt in sales was super helpful, took the time to show me everything. I would highly recommend this dealership. And Jonathan in financial was amazing!!! They have a winning crew there and I’m delighted with my new car . . . It’s a beauty!!! Thank you, thank you!!

    Buying a car isn't always fun, but with Joey Bernat, it was a great experience! He knows what he's talking about, smart and kind. He had my best interest in mind and wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. Johnathan Swanson in finance, was super helpful and professional. And I met Emily Caldwell, general manager, and she was invested in making sure I was a happy customer. Highly recommend! If you go, ask for Joey Bernat! You won't be disappointed

    If you can, AVOID this dealership at all costs. They are not trustworthy and have zero idea what Benz customer service looks like. We have begun both buying our cars and having them serviced at Mercedes Benz of Littleton - more than 30 minutes out of our way to not deal with the staff here. Unfortunately, we had a flat tire and this was the only solution to get it replaced. Apparently, we had to work around the service advisor's day off and when I asked to speak with her manager Nathan, he refused to call me back and had his assistant manager call me instead because he was going to leave town the next day. I asked again to speak with the service manager and was refused again. 72 hours later, our car with the replaced flat and another tire that they forced us to buy was ready. Picked up the car and will absolutely never give this dealership another dollar of our business. Stay away if you can - Littleton has AMAZING customer service - the reason we stay with the Mercedes Benz brand. The difference is really night and day.

    • Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we regret that your experience with us did not meet your expectations, I do want to clarify a few important details. Your vehicle arrived with a blown tire, and at drop-off, you authorized the replacement of both tires. As our advisor explained, Mercedes-Benz guidelines do not allow the installation of a single new tire alongside one that is significantly worn (in this case, beyond the 3/32” threshold), as this can cause damage to the drivetrain. The additional tire was special-ordered based on this authorization. When it was later confirmed that your tire protection policy would only cover one tire, our team paused the alignment and diagnostic services—both of which had also been approved but not yet performed—to help minimize your costs. However, the tires were already ordered and could not be returned. Despite the frustration that followed, our intent was always to follow manufacturer safety standards and keep your vehicle operating properly. While I understand this situation was inconvenient, particularly given the emergency nature of your visit, our team acted transparently and with your safety in mind. We’re always open to conversation and committed to improving where we can. Should you wish to discuss this further, I’m available directly at the dealership.

    Just purchased the second Mercedes-Benz vehicle from this dealer and from the same salesman, Mark McGinnis. The purchase experience was so good with the first transaction that I sought him out on this recent one. As anticipated it was a good experience yet again. Previous to my buying vehicles from this Dealer, I'd had my Mercedes-Benz's serviced there and always had a very good experience. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Denver for both their sales and service departments.

    I had a fantastic experience! Griffin was my primary contact throughout the sales process and I cannot thank him enough for the wonderful assistance he provided me. Griffin was attentive to all of my questions and patient when teaching me how to navigate the technology of the car as well as setup the app and so forth.     I had just left the dealership and was less than five miles away when the warning light comes on for low tire pressure. I turn around and go back to dealership and was met with excellent service! I was in and out quickly (which I appreciated greatly as I was exhausted).

    I turned in my leased 2022 C Class in order to lease a 2025 C Class. It is graphite grey, a gorgeous color which is actually dark brown with grey speckles. The interior is sienna tan. I was very specific in my color and option choices. Sales staff located one ready for transit in Maryland port. The car arrived in Denver one week later. All surprises were good surprises. The lease payments were so reasonable I purchased the 10K/20K services too. I returned to lease again from this dealership because it greatly rewards loyalty. I will be back in 2028 to lease another C Class for sure.

    We went to Mercedes-Benz of Denver to look at a 2023 Kia Telluride. We were immediately greeted at the door and taken care of. Tony was absolutely wonderful! He represents the dealership incredibly well and provided a very pleasant, fun, and efficient experience for us. There was no fluff involved, very honest and straightforward, which made the sale go smoothly. The trade in process was grade-A. They made it incredibly easy for us and were very fair! Couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. We appreciate him and the dealership for their assistance in buying a new car.

    The entire process was streamlined and to the point which I greatly appreciate. However when we went to pick up the car and finish paperwork. Our original salesman didn’t communicate what was going on and everything was disorganized at first. Once we got everything lined back out it was smooth.
