Great Client Experience & Team

The service team has always been very helpful & supportive in making sure my truck gets top notch service! Chris, Sean, Jacob & Robert (in sales) have all been great to work with. Great experience with my 2019 RAM 1500 and hoping to update soon where I will buy through them again.

Great service department. They took care of all my concerns and got me repairs under the extended warranty where possible saving me hundreds of dollars. Gary is one of the best service writers I have ever encountered.

Always good

I thought that I had LOF service left and my service writer pulled up the record and contacted me to say I didn't. he went ahead and had the service done as well as had a recall taken care of I didnt expect the vehicle until the next day but it was done the same day. I purchase a new service agreement of oil changes to cover my vehicle always good service from LHM Chrysler. Thank you .

Oil change

2 hour wait time for oil change with a scheduled appointment. But I did receive a lift to my daughter's house, and was picked up after my car was ready, so I would be safe from any covid-19 exposure.

Overnight Service

Dropped car off Friday night for routine service. Needed additional replacement part. Service advisor Mike communicated very well and returned my calls promptly. One of the best experiences I’ve had recently. Was much easier to reach Service Dept by phone.

Transmission Mount Replacement

I was in for service because my Jeep Wrangler was idling rough when in reverse. They found that my transmission mount was bad (warped). They provided an Uber and they performed an airbag recall repair as well. Overall it went great. They were able to get the repairs done in the time they estimated.

Maintenance Visit

Happy to say I finally had a good experience here! After picking up my car from getting it's oil changed, the gentleman told me I only had 2 more free oil changed left. After informing him I should have 4, he was able to promptly fix that in the system. Thank you for putting the customer first!

First Oil Change on Jeep, oil leaking all over my driveway

I took my new Jeep in for its first oil change yesterday. I go out to dinner and an pulling back into the drive way and notice oil has been leaking all over the drive way. Of course, they are closed today and therefore cannot correct the problem. Its leaked even more since then. Also normally when i got to a place to have my vehicle serviced if they have some recommended services they go over them with me before i leave. Nope, not this place they send me a random email stating my air filter needs to be changed, my brake oil is discolored, and the brakes need work. No mention of it when I am there. So I pop the hood open at home and there is a screw missing from the cover for the filter also. I never been in there, this has been the only time its been serviced, so they lost this too and didn't mention it. Lastly, the sun visor on the passenger side fell off when my daughter moved it to block the sun. I brought this up when I was there and was reassured this would be order and covered under warranty. The email I received mentioned a cost for the visor and said it was pending approval. I can't express how annoyed and disappointed I am with this service center and I have only been there the once.......I can't imagine what others that use then on a normal basis experience or how they stay in business.

Had obscure noice towards back of Jeep, they diligently found the problem and worked with Chrysler to get it covered under my extended warranty. I have had many cars but this service center is by far the best I’ve used

Horrible Customer Service & Non-Responsive

I went in to the service and repair to fix my headlight. I had an appointment made for 7am. When I scheduled the appointment they failed to tell me that there was multiple Larry H Miller service centers located on 104th, so I initially ended up going to wrong location. I arrived a few min (no more than 10) late to find another customer was scheduled with the same representative at the same time. People who arrived without appointment where seen before me. I waited an hour standing and the last to be seen. It was frustrating, but even more so being 7 months pregnant and not having anywhere to sit. After my rental was situated (I also came in for a recall) and my car was in the shop for 3 days because they did not have a piece that they needed. However, before I was able to schedule the appointment I was required to call the parts department to ensure they had the required pieces. It was then phone tag with the assigned associate in getting an update on my vehicle for 3 days. On the final day (day before 4th of July) I had no phone call , as promised the day before. I called and the service department kept allowing the phone to ring and left me on long holds without ever answering again. At one point I called and they answered the phone and left it off the hook. I could hear their conversations as I waited. The associate who promised me a call ended up being out that day and had I not called And eventually just came in, I would not have had my vehicle the holiday weekend. Extremely frustrating to originally go from being quoted $170 to over a $1000 for a repair, to be paired with such horrible customer service.

Friendly but did not fix the issue

I had a good experience interacting with my service agent. I brought my car in to fix a tire leak, they couldn’t find the issue. I ended up having to take my car to another dealership the next day, where they found the issue, which is why I’m giving a 4 star rating.

Great Service Beginning to End!

Most people just like complaining; however I would like to praise this dealership. From the time I called into the Service Dept and talked with Susan to getting everything done. I was treated fairly, with respect even though I was frustrated. I know they are really busy since when I call most of the time I have to wait on hold until my turn is reached; but I do not mind since they will spend the time with me and answer ALL my questions and NOT just hurry me along to answer the next call. Thanks for treating me with kindness and Thanks again Larry H. Miller Jeep on 104th!

Jon Campbell the service manger was amazing to work with. I needed to fit my 2015 Dodge Durango in for an alignment and oil change last minute before my trip to California and sure enough Jon made it possible! My car was ready before I knew it! 10/10 would recommend!

They could fix what no one else could

these guys really know there stuff at the jeep store. i'd been to other offroad shops for a misfire that wouldnt go away on my '99 tj 4.0l and they recommended that i replace my tires as the vibration was causing my misfire through my manual transmission. i replaced my tires and like magic the misfire was gone. my tj only goes here now will recommend to others

My car was literally fixed on the drive as my recall was just a software update but my car was literally there long enough for my car to be written up before it was done! I think i was a special case but still. Talk about above and beyond!
