First Oil Change on Jeep, oil leaking all over my driveway

I took my new Jeep in for its first oil change yesterday. I go out to dinner and an pulling back into the drive way and notice oil has been leaking all over the drive way. Of course, they are closed today and therefore cannot correct the problem. Its leaked even more since then. Also normally when i got to a place to have my vehicle serviced if they have some recommended services they go over them with me before i leave. Nope, not this place they send me a random email stating my air filter needs to be changed, my brake oil is discolored, and the brakes need work. No mention of it when I am there. So I pop the hood open at home and there is a screw missing from the cover for the filter also. I never been in there, this has been the only time its been serviced, so they lost this too and didn't mention it. Lastly, the sun visor on the passenger side fell off when my daughter moved it to block the sun. I brought this up when I was there and was reassured this would be order and covered under warranty. The email I received mentioned a cost for the visor and said it was pending approval. I can't express how annoyed and disappointed I am with this service center and I have only been there the once.......I can't imagine what others that use then on a normal basis experience or how they stay in business.
