by patrick on 08/17/2020Don't let the 4.8 reviews they ghost write, or beg u for, fool you.Mark and his clan of dishonest people under him will rip you off one way or the other.Watch out for this dishonest dealership.Read the reviews were he says he was gonna fix… my issues and along with many others stating the same problems.Some state they never even signed up for a 3000 dollar "nonrefundable warranty,it was just on their final bill tho.while others were talked into their overpriced 3000 3rd party warranty.i went back 72 hrs later to tell them i wanted it removed and the warranty never got remove.Then he writes they were always gonna fix it,until people starting stating facts on these reviews. People starting stating facts casue no one ever even called them back.Heres a question for anyone with a single cell in their brain reading this.Do you think me or the others who all have the same problems bashed this dishonest dealership online for nothing???do you think me and the others would of wrote any reviews if they were gonna help me from the jump???! He says this about anyone who mentions his 3000 warranty scams.No one talks poorly about a person for doing the right thing.No one in his incompetent business ever called me back after they got money from me,nor did they ever explain jack to me.Beware go anywhere else!!! Mark helped with finding the right car, how cash cars and financing works and soothed her fears. Rory did so much… for us. He explained how the Toyota Prius hybrid engine works, walked her through how to drive one, even knew some very cool tricks. He's the man to ask for how to on dings and whistles in a car! Rory even helped explain a few tricks on my Altima! These guys are the best in the biz! They won't scam you. Made us feel like family. I won't go anywhere else for a car now.Used car sale

All of my concerns were addressed with straight answers, and without any pressure. About our dealership
By this point I think you should be embarrassed. You, as a presumably competent adult, purchased a vehicle. In the process of doing so you agreed to purchase an extended service agreement. You signed the menu, the warranty application, the buyer's order and the finance contract. All of these clearly stated that you purchased the added coverage. Incidentally, most of our customers purchase some type of added protection. Nobody signed you up for anything without your knowledge. When you asked about cancelling the coverage, we agreed to assist (even though the coverage is NOT supposed to be flat cancelled). Since the contracts had not even been posted by the warranty company yet, we had to wait to hear back from them. Since the assistance we offered did not go quickly enough to please you, you took to social media to blast us and disparage us even though we did nothing wrong. You are shirking responsibility for your actions and trying to hurt the people who were trying to help you. I will not give in to social media blackmail. Maybe next time you make a decision and then ask for assistance you won't blame others and bad mouth them. We could have cancelled the warranty, but your immature antics have caused me to lose interest in assisting you. Your victim mentality is laughable. At this point, you are on your own. We have thousands of satisfied customers who appreciate our transparency and customer service. I will spend my time and effort helping those who appreciate it.
