Easiest time buying a new car ever!

My salesman, Andy, made sure I was aware of all the options and showed me how to use them on the test drive. My trade in value was fair even with some hail damage. I… wait time was not too long at all, (we did not finance, but paid cash) so that helped as well. After the purchase, I had another personal "walk-through" and all my questions were answered!Great experience

Best experience I've had
by Jlee on 11/26/2017Everything has been top notch! My wife and I have been searching for a great minivan. We decided to pull up to Phil Long and take a Sedona for a test drive. We instantly fell in love with the vehicle and service. It has been such a… pleasant car buying experience. We felt no pressure from our salesman Rob was kind and helpful in all questions about and the vehicle. When it came down to talking numbers, their GM Mr. Greg came to the rescue came to to beat our asking price and then some! Overall 10/10 experience and highly recommend coming to while Long Kia! Great Car Experience

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not "push" the sale. He was very patient and didn't make me… feel rushed about making a decision. Horrible Finance Department
by Mike on 08/04/2017This is the second Kia I have bought at this location. As far as sales people, top notch. However, I recently traded my old Kia for a larger one. This dealership failed to pay off my old loan for over 3 weeks. I received several calls from… Kia Finance (original loan through, not affiliated with the Kia dealership apparently) telling then I owed then $800 as I was over due on my payment. When I explained, I was told I had to call Phil Long Kia and get the fate they mailed the check and the amount for the payoff or I would be sent to collections. I called for 3 days straight and left numerous messages with Jeff in finance, and never got a call back. I finally had to get a hold of someone named Karen who advised they sent the check the day before (3 weeks late). This dealership, as much as I loved the sales staff, will NEVER receive business from me it anyone I know.Terrific service

Karl Pfamatter was our salesman and by the time he finished with his initial description of the vehicle, I had no questions. He answered questions I hadn't… even thought of to ask, was friendly and professional. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership.A non-stressful buying experience

Great Dealership!

Our salesman, Tyler Tust, was able to hook my wife and I up with a great 2015 Kia Sportage for a really great price and even… managed to get us a steal on our Jeep sale/trade-in. If your looking for a dealership to trust, then check these guys out first. Its a great place to shop and like I said, my wife and I didn't feel any pressure from our salesman to purchase anything right away. The support staff was also really great and everyone there seemed to really enjoy working for Signature Kia and was very eager to help answer our questions/concerns about the process. by carbuyingname on 02/07/2014updated 08/05/2025I'm glad I didn't end up having to buy the car I was looking at here; I was dreading trying to negotiate with them when I found something better elsewhere. I did my research on a Kia before I went in, so I was able to tell that the… salesman outright lied to us several times. He also glossed over several extras that are apparently included whether you want them or not, like the cargo mat and the flashing brake lights, without telling us that they cost extra and can add up. At one point, he tried to nonchalantly have me sign a piece of paper, acting like it was just part of the test-drive, but it was actually a statement saying I'd buy a Kia from them. I would be *very* careful trying to buy something here; it seems like they'll try anything to get you to buy something, and they won't be too honest about the deal.do not buy

They are UNRELIABLE [non-permissible content removed] !! They made a deal with me and reneged. I actually… bought the car ...a Sorrento in 2011., for more than the originally negotiated and signed deal. They did not give me what was promised. I then repeated the experience and almost purchased a second vehicle, mainly because of the friendly service department....... SAME OLD STORY. Made a deal and then hours later told me they weren't honoring their word. I then heard from several acquaintances that they had had similar experiences. Clearly the reviews posted below, in stark contrast to Peak Kia, show a pattern. On am update, Peak Kia did even better than Signatures reneged deal. I was so very happy with the Denver Dealership. It saved me over a thousand dollars on top of what the reneged deal was! BTW, Todd, the sales manager told me that Denver wouldn't play fair he was wrong Peak was Honorable .... Signature was not!
