    I had great service when I bought my new Kia Seltos Phil Long Kia. My salesman, Andy, made sure I was aware of all the options and showed me how to use them on the test drive. My trade in value was fair even with some hail damage. I wait time was not too long at all, (we did not finance, but paid cash) so that helped as well. After the purchase, I had another personal "walk-through" and all my questions were answered!

    Took way to long for update on car system software. And gave me a money making quote on things that are supposedly wrong with car. My wipers were just replaced yes they will squeeze on dry windshield. Brake fluid is low because brake pads are worn, but you don’t tip it off, Or it overflows when you replace pads.one filter did need replaced the other had a lot of life. 65.00 for shop fees is terribly high. We had our own truck shop for several year. I did like how you bring your vehicle in for one thing and you drum up 1000 other things. That are wrong.

    What I appreciate most about KIA's service department is that they not only complete the service that I made the appointment for, but they also do an overall check of the car to make sure all parts are in working order. In addition, they send me a video of the work they are completing and ask if I want to take care of any issues they may have found.

    I took my 2022 Kia Telluride to this dealership for 24,000-mile service, the same dealership that I purchased this vehicle from brand new in February 2022. I was told at my last oil change that I have a maintenance and service plan. I have no record of either of these plans, so I asked the service technician what the differences between the plans were and also what specifically do both plans cover. None of the service technicians could directly answer my questions. The service technician, Steve, told me to call Finance as he did not see a service agreement in my profile. I ended up paying $81.00 for an air filter and cabin filter (I was also told no military discount as the filters were already discounted). I was told a manager would contact me, but no one has. I have also called and left voicemails for the Service Manager and Finance team. Very poor customer service and follow up.

    Love taking my Kia and Jeep to the service area. They are always polite and professional. My favorite employee is Natalia. If you go you should go see her. She is always on point.

    My telly was a tad overdue for some services along with a few recalls that recently came out. I had some issues with what I thought was the starter or battery, and also needed an oil change, among a few other things as it just crossed the 87,000 mile range. Everything was exceptional from beginning to end. I was prepared to leave it there a few days, but got an estimate the same day and videos sent on the inspection and service. I do need a serpentine belt I approved on my estimate, but was not in stock at the time and not charged for this service. I also had a small tear on front plastic bumper plate due to some bad road work in the area, and was very surprised it had been repaired at no charge! I will definitely be coming back to this service department for maintenance on my vehicle as long as I own it.

    I received excellent customer service I believe his name was Kevin from start to finish. He explained everything in detail. He was patient and made sure I understood what I was paying for. As far as the work, excellent. My car is running excellent. Please note! I had taken my car to another dealer and they failed to fix it correctly. I decided not to go to that previous dealer and go to Phil Long. Thank you for taking care of my Sons car.

    I took my car to Phil Long KIA for a recall update to my vehicle. I also had them complete an oil change, which I was planning on doing somewhere else because I had a coupon. The said they would price match my coupon so I had my oil change completed there. This made it very convenient as I only had to make the one stop. They also washed the outside of my vehicle before returning it to me. Very nice. My daughter wishes he dealership would do that for her when to takes her car for service.

    Service was well done and Jonathan was super friendly. My only concern is when the car gets older and an issue happens where I can’t drive the car until it is fixed.... I had to wait a full week just to get an appointment for my service.
