Dealership that values your time
by Slacker Z on 01/28/2025Domanic and Antonio took excellent care of us! We were greeted by friendly staff right away, and the whole process was just over an hour. That included a test drive, cleaning, and paperwork completion. It helped that we came in knowing what… we wanted and already having finance paperwork submitted to speed up the process. Additionally, they answered all our questions and explained the paperwork with ease. My husband and I were concerned that we would be losing another 3+ hours of our lives to all of the back and forth nonsense that other dealerships have put us through in the past. But that was not the case. Today's experience at EchoPark was by far the best auto purchase that we've ever had. Thank you for keeping it simple and valuing our time! Pretty Horrible Experience! Potential Buyers Beware.
by mdpepas on 12/02/2024We drove 4.5 hours based on a trade-in value given to me by a buyer over the phone and in email. And, was told by another person on the phone there's plenty of room for an increase, which would have been nice, but we were pleased with the… initial offer. When we arrive, we see a bunch of boys sitting around the front desk laughing it up and all on their phones. We finally see the car and am told the 'appearance fee' is $700 and not the $500 I was told on the phone. Call the buyer on the phone and he lied to me saying he told me it was $700, but I know he's lying because the new numbers are off by $200 from what we originally discussed. I even did the math with him on the phone before we departed to get the car, so I knew what the numbers were. Then, the manager came out shortly after and said there was no way they could give us the amount I was told over the phone and in email. Then, they start making up BS about the car having hail damage on the very back of the car on the roof where the brake light is located. Came to realize later that was the excuse necessary to decline the original offer because they always say the offer is dependent upon visual inspection when you get there. Now, they want $2,500 more. We leave and when we get home, I clean the car and inspect the area with the supposed "hail damage." Wow! After looking very hard, I'm able to finally find two almost imperceptible and extremely small dings. Occurs to me later that this is the BS they need to refuse an offer given over the phone. On the way home, I tried to call EchoPark four times and was given a different number each time. And, each time I end the call with their call center (young boys), they hang up almost immediately after giving me the number and don't even say "you're welcome" after I thank them for the number. You've heard of "Gym Bros?" These are all EchoPark Bros. I finally gave up trying to speak with anyone. Got home and was put in touch with Shavon, GM for Sales, via text who also can't be bothered to return a text with pertinent questions about our vehicle transfer. All in all, pretty much the worst experience you could have with that dealership in Thornton. My wife was pretty upset about all of this and was very much wanting this car after seeing it and test-driving it. So, I had it shipped to another store in Colorado Springs and paid the difference. The $700 appearance fee is 100% non-negotiable and just a money grab. Pretty disgusting. Overall, a pretty disgusting experience all around with EchoPark, Thornton. I could write more, about this terrible experience, but this has already taken enough of my time. Of course, if EchoPark replies with some BS or lies, I'll post more of what I experienced.Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Easy Peasy Purchase

I wish a couple of things were communicated better like warranty options, how many years/miles and how much total cost would be - I ended up requesting a refund because I found a better one… for $1200 less but that’s my fault for not asking more questions to get more info. Also I was told it was 3k under price but ended up seeing other exact trims with less miles for same price but yet I do know it wasn’t a horrible price in spite of that.Hassle free sale
