DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
by cj4 on 11/11/2009I purchased a car last night 9/11/09 paid in full. Was signing the paperwork and did not buy the extended warranty. The finance guy told me a horror story about if water gets in the computer the bumber to bumber would not fix it.… Something about wear and tear. I tried to return the car today 9/12/09 because after that I went home and did more research on the car. I'ts the lowest saftey and reliable small car out there. They would not return the car. I talked to Honda and they will buy the car and put into a Civic. My error and I will pay for that error. For the rest of my life I will talk very badly about this dealership and to never come here. I will write blogs everywhere I possibly can and tell as many people as possible. The survey coming will not be good and If I keep just one person from buying from this place I will be happy. I love GMC vehicles just don't buy from this dealership and make sure you read as many reviews as possible before purchasing a Chevy Aveo. They have the worst ratings out there for a small car. I went there to purchase a Ford Focus. I was told they couldn't put me in one and showed me this vehicle. I fall and please if I can only stress this enought, always go home before buying and think about it. DO RESEARCH AND LOTS OF IT. Read blogs on dealerships.Dealership Experience
by qconsani on 01/22/2009This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I was given a price range for my vehicle over the phone by their used car department and when I came in the next day the price for my trade was under even the range given with no reason… why. I had asked 20k for my trade and they offered 18k (500 below even their own quoted trade in range). Knowing three other dealers had already offered me 20k I knew I was had. I was used to dealer trade for a vehicle they knew they could sell and then offered less on my trade than it was worth. FRAUD comes to mind next. I was told I had installed in it a, "Dealer installed GM Accessory DVD entertainment system. When it broke and I took it to another dealer (closer to where I live) I was told it was not a GM accessory and they would not work on it. After taking it back to the dealer they finally tell me "oops" we were wrong it is aftermarket. When I told them I wanted them to install a GM accessory so it can be covered under a GM warranty at any dealership I was told NO. They said they would fix the one installed but would not replace it. That is FRAUD, the purpose of the GM parts is so I can get it serviced while under warranty at any GM dealer in the world and that is no longer the case. I am currently submitting an arbitration filing with Colorado in an attempt to make them put GM parts in the vehicle. Buyers beware when dealing with them. Their attempt to placate me was to offer me the military discount they failed to give me when I purchased the vehicle....nice.Within 1 week....
by qconsani on 01/22/2009Within a day of purchasing the vehicle I had to return to the dealer to replace the back panel for the truck bed (warped) as well as the center console rubber mat that did not even fit. Also I had to get the DVD system fixed that did not… work and turned out to be a non factory/GM system so they had to take it to a local shop to fix it. When I contacted Brian from their service department, he informed me that my local dealer was, "just lazy and didn't want to fix a vehicle they did not sell" and to bring it back to them and they would fix it. It was then that they realized that the system was not a GM part and they had to take it to a local business to fix. Tom, their service manager also told me they would "help me out on gas" since it was a long drive (80ish miles) and I had made it several times at this point. I am still waiting for that "help" as well. They didn't even fill it back up to where it was when I dropped it off.my purchase
