by Cherry7523 on 05/24/2020It was a very painful and confusing experience; easily the worst I've had buying a car. We were ridiculously low-balled on our trade-in value. After presenting a pre-purchase authorization check (from USAA) to the dealership, we were still… told to return the car while they repeatedly tried to have us request their financing. It took 3 days to get the car in back into our possession. It was borderline criminal in my opinion....Hello, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. Audi Q5 Lease - Great Experience

Matt Logue and Ryan Bonino from the Sales Team made sure they understood what I wanted and… why and then found a car that ticked all the boxes. Once we shook hands, they walked me over to Shane Schnacker from the Finance Team, who then worked with me on the finance aspects and other options. I really liked how I was treated as a friend and not just someone to âsellâ to. From the first interaction to driving off the lot, my experience as top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.Best Car Buying Experience Ever

Ryan was very professional and provided lots of useful information. Pricing was transparent… and bids on my trade were fair. I ended up not buying an Audi because of the lack of safety ratings by Consumer Reports, but would urge you to consult this dealer for other Audi models.The BESTexperience EVER!!!

I have to say I was SO impressed by there knowledge of the product and there attention to detail. It was the first time I… bought a car and didnt feel like I was just another transaction they do in a day. The actually care and took the time to go over everything and make sure my whole experience was off the charts. Thank you again to the Team at Audi Boulder. Even though I live in California and had the car ship to me there, they arranged everything and I had my New Audi in 3 days. WOW!!! I cant say enough. Thank you again, YOU GUYS ROCK!! Everything on price of the trade and the new car was very transparent, and it was all fair. The transition to the service… department was seamless, and my new service adviser knew all about me and my car the first time I arrived. You see these guys around town, and they are legitimately are involved in the community. Nice to see this level of service, makes it easy to keep thinking about driving an Audi.Boulder Audi
