Great Customer Service
My car is important; I trust Fisher Honda
by SATLWD on 07/19/2014I am a one-car owner and I need reliable transportation. I took my new CRV to Honda in 2002 and they are the caretakers of my car. The service is excellent, and I appreciate the use of Honda parts. Their website is impressive (I can… schedule on line and I can be in touch with them at any time). Waiting for my car is no problem, there is a nice waiting area and the staff is professional and upbeat. No one touches my car but Fisher Honda and I know that the service history of the vehicle is complete and reliable should I ever decide to sell. I totally trust Honda Fisher to maintain my vehicle and to make timely and proper recommendations.service of Honda accord (2001)
by lorraine17 on 07/18/2014I purchase this car at Fischer Honda years ago and have only had it serviced at this dealership since that time. I can always trust and rely upon the quality of work done here and would recommend Fischer Honda for all your needs. My… service representative, Andrew B. was most helpful in providing me with information that I requested to keep my car in great working condition. Thank you. It is nice to have a business you can trust.Best all around
by brywesjor on 11/13/2010We just purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey. This is our second Odyssey we bought from Fisher. Out first one was 10 years ago. They earned our respect 10 years ago and have never let us down since. They have performed all of the service work… on our Odyssey and our other vehicles and have always been fair and honest. Their service staff is top notch! We returned to Fisher again to buy our 2011 Odyssey because they have been loyal to us over the past 10 years. We even bought our new van from the same sales associate we had 10 years ago. Dennis Olmsted is professional, knowledgeable, and honest and never hassled or pressured us while we were test driving vehicles. Once we decided to buy, the entire process was efficient from beginning to the end. They never pressured us into buying additional add-ons and even spent time showing us all of the features of the new vehicle before we drove it home. Craig Fisher even stopped to thank us for buying the vehicle--something you never hear about with the big car dealers who are owned by some big corporation. You owe it to yourself to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.Honda Service review
by elayne2 on 11/12/2010I took my Honda to Fisher after it suffered a lot of body damage in a collision and they did a great job of both fixing it and keeping me informed about it's status. Linda took very good care of me throughout the month long process and my… car looks great now that I have it back.Great Service
by bldrmre on 11/03/2010I have been a customer of Fisher Honda for 18 years. In that time I have been very satisfied with their commitment to doing the best job possible. Could it get any better? Recently I needed some body work done on my 2007 Civic. There is an… employee by the name of Linda Dickerson that helped me through the whole process and made my interface with Fisher Honda a very enjoyable one. If you need help in the body dept. at Fisher be sure to ask for Linda. Thanks Greg
by shopper25 on 10/29/2010I have to say that my experience was wonderful. I lost my spare key for my Accord. Because of the key having a chip in it, a regular old locksmith couldn't help me. I freaked out a little bit, but he told me to go to a Honda dealership. I… went down to Fisher & was helped by Greg Hauser. Although they were quite busy, he was able to get me in & out pretty quickly & was still super friendly. Thanks for your help.Great Service in the Body Shop...
by dave322 on 11/01/2010I ended up in a pretty bad collision but my insurance company wanted to fix the car. I insisted they take it to Fisher's Body Shop for the repairs because I knew they would only use original Honda parts. Not only did they do that but there… is a lifetime warranty on the work they did (as long as I own the car) that is piece of mind. Linda called me every week to let me know how things were going and was awesome to work with. Thanks to Jeff, Linda and everyone at Fisher who had a hand in my repairs!Amazing service!
by svirginiab on 10/07/2010I recommend buying a car from Fisher Honda Kia without a doubt!! I recently purchased a Honda Civic Hybrid from Fisher. I've never had a car shopping experience like I did with the Fisher Team. I was greeted with respect and honesty. I… cannot say that of any other dealership I visited during my 2-month car search. I initially came into Fisher with eyes bigger than my bank account, wanting a new vehicle at a price range that would've had me paying large monthly payments over far too many years. Fisher was patient, informative, understanding, and humorous with me as I navigated the process of purchasing a new vehicle. They didn't pressure me as other dealerships did and Doc, my salesperson, kindly found me a certified pre-owned car in my price range with incredible mileage, flawless interior, and most importantly, low monthly payments. Buying a car is a challenging experience, particularly in this economic climate, but Fisher made it a fun financial investment without the relentless, condescending, money-hungry tactics that young women like myself are often bombarded with when purchasing a new car. Fisher is one of the few businesses still serving the community with integrity.Delivery Service Was Great
by harold33 on 10/06/2010I just wanted to say that not only did Fisher Honda have the parts i needed for a car at our shop in Golden but we also got our parts delivered that same day. By Bobby who drives the Denver route for Fisher Honda. He got them to us right… away and was a real nice person to get parts from we will for sure keep ordering from Fisher for all the great services we recieved.Great People
by psmith10 on 10/02/2010After buying both a new and used car and Fisher Honda I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole Fisher Team. After my purchases Brad Sill in parts was very knowledgeable in helping me with accessories for both of my… vehicles. He has an extensive knowledge of Honda's and can always beat any other competitors prices. Way to go Fisher and thank you to Brad Sill. Thanks Fisher Honda!!!
by tmcmurray on 09/22/2010From start to finish Fisher Honda was a great experience. The sales manager Jin was wonderful! He really spent the time listening to what I wanted and needed in my new car. This was my first time buying a car and I cant say enough about… how helpful everyone was. Justin in the finance department was also very helpful in going over all the details in the paperwork with me. I will be going back to this dealership for any of my car needs in the future. Thanks Fisher Honda!!!Dissapointed
by jgrier on 01/02/2010I went to Fisher in December this year. I wanted to get a used pilot wiith a trade in on my CRV. The sales manager at frist came back with the lowest possible rating on my trade which kinda put me off. It only got worse as they tried to… sell me a used 2007 Pilot 1000K over the Nida suggested retail price insisitng it was a hot product? I was truly insulted when they came back and printed out a Kelly Blue book value saying the car on the lot they were trying to sell me was really worth several thousand more than they were selling it at. I wasted three hours with the traditional [violative content deleted] sales manager trying to wear me down and then had harrassing phone calls from the salesmen I wokked iwth after the fact telling me how good a deal it was and i really shnould jump on it and get the end of the year tax advantage. Defintately an example of everything you hate when you go car shopping.not satisfied!!!!!!
by kyle14 on 11/26/2009It took the guy 3 bussiness days to respond for 2 phone calls. Description is not correct, would not recomend anybody to drive from far away to it. When sale's person trying to work with you, feels lasyness, you don't feel like he really… want's to sell a car to you, not satisfied with customer service, what is really strange in this economy. Do not negotiate to a reasonable price even if not everything is working in the car and it requires a maintenance. For your try to negotiate the price you hear: thank you for your interest. Not satisfied!!!!!!!!!!111Sometimes ok, sometimes annoying
by meganleigh3 on 04/25/2009I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealer but I have been there three times shopping for one. The first two times I had a great experience with a sales rep who had been working there for a long time. I was young (still in college)… and he always made me feel comfortable and not like I was just a young kid (which was my experience at other car dealerships). He was patient and test drove multiple cars with me. The only problem with this experience was their prices really sucked. I found better deals at almost every other dealership I looked at. Fast forward to a few years later, I decided to sell the Honda I had because it was getting up there in miles and it was time for something newer. When I went back to this dealership, the person I had worked with before wasn't there. The sales guy I got was condescending. He kept asking where my dad was. At this point, I was still young but a college grad and probably had better credit score than him anyway. I was really annoyed and irritated that he assumed my father would be purchasing my vehicle when I told him I had always bought my vehicles without any family co-signing or anything. I was also irritated because he assumed my father would be helping me make the decision on what to buy. I had never told him anything about my father, so his assumptions were quite risky. In fact, they were a little too risky because I went elsewhere to find a car I liked. Regardless of the way he treated me, their prices were still not as good as others at this time. In addition to this, they offered me thousands less for my trade than other dealers. I would still recommend at least looking at this dealership, but they just were not super fantastic.Fisher Honda is a family owned and operated dealership in Boulder Colorado. With over 40 years in business, we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers both young and old. We are a Honda President's award winner for superior service and customer satisfaction as awarded by our customers. While sometimes the price of a Dealer Certified used Honda may be more than one found in the newspaper, you will find the additional warranty you receive with the Certified Honda to be a great sence of security against issues that may arise in the future. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you. Eric Baltz Sales Manager Fisher Honda (303)443-0530
Pretty Good
by meganleigh3 on 04/25/2009I did not purchase my Honda from this dealer (I just found a better deal elsewhere...three times) but regarding service, I have found them to be really good. I have to be honest and say that I dont take my car in there for regular… maintenance (I have family that does it) but I do take it in when there is something that my family cannot handle. For example, I own a CR-V and my a/c compressor exploded and ruined my entire a/c system. There was nothing I could do to prevent this, and I actually believe (along with thousands of other Honda CR-V owners) that Honda should be doing a recall for it. That's another story. Anyway, replacing an entire a/c system can cost thousands of dollars. My quote was $4000. Needless to say I absolutely did not want to pay for that. The guys at this dealer talked with their regional rep who covered the majority of the cost. I was still irritated I had to pay for it in the first place, but after hearing stories from other Honda CR-V owners, this was a pretty good deal. When this dealer was fixing my a/c system, they did it faster than they originally estimated and were always professional, even when I was yelling at them about having the a/c compressor problem in the first place. A few months later, my family was changing my oil and could not get the oil filter off. I took it in to this dealer and they replaced it using the replacement filter I had purchased. They did not charge me for this, and they also gave me a free car wash. I was shocked that it took them 40 minutes to get this filter taken off and they were not charging me anything! I would think that this would be a prime scenario for them to either charge me for labor or make up some story about having to replace my entire oil pan or something. I probably would have believed them if they said that. During the entire service they were always very friendly and happy, which was good because it was first thing on a Monday morning. It really helped me start my day/week off right. Their waiting area also offers free wi-fi and they also have a shuttle if you need to go somewhere. I have taken my current vehicle and past vehicles to them for random other things and they were always fast, helpful, and professional.Typical Boulder: stuck in the 70's
by joemama33 on 05/06/2008I visited this dealership twice. Both times I was treated to a blast from the past. Glad-handing salesmen and sales tactics from the last century. The "Four-Square" is alive at Fisher. The grind and tag-team also thrive… there. Inventory is adequate. You can get a better deal elswhere.Fisher Honda is a family owned and operated dealership in Boulder Colorado. Misleading Salesperson
by graffias on 02/05/2008The first time I visited, I had a very nice, honest salesperson who didn't know much but also didn't offer to find out. We actually drove a Honda Element, which I didn't really care for, but that's the car, not the dealership. On the… second visit, the salesperson I met said he had been there 15 years. When I mentioned that four-wheel-drive and fuel economy were both important to me, he proceeded to tell me that Subarus get "horrible" gas mileage, and that the CR-V "could get up to 32 MPG." We went over and looked at the sticker, and it clearly said 20 to 26 MPG (with a range of 21-31 in fine print). I asked him how he got 32 MPG from that, and he said, "well, if you drive it properly..." I thanked him for his time and left. I assume by "drive it properly" he meant on a perfectly level indoor track at a constant speed of 48mph, at sea level, and of course, in two-wheel drive mode. Without further research, I can't honestly say he was lying. So I give him a 2 out of 5 because I've seen worse. Salespeople, take note: You will not lose business by giving people straight talk, that the CR-V will typically get 20-25 mpg in Colorado, a little less in 4WD mode. You will lose business by trying to make something sound better than it really is, and by trashing the competition.I actually own a CR-V and have so for a few years after owning an Accord and a Civic. I have never found the CR-V to get anything around 30 in the city (at least where I live - near Boulder/North Denver). It does do pretty well if you do highway driving, but I still don't think it's around 30. I have saved receipts and my mileage for gas for the last 3 years (I can account for every tank of gas I have purchased in that time) and on average my highway miles is around 27. City around 21-23. With really good tires, it does absolutely fantasic in the snow. Of course, I haven't been off roading or anything. I have been able to drive around completely fine in the last two blizzards, while others were getting stucks or sliding. It's hard to say whether that is because of the car or the tires but I would hope it's a combination of both.
purchased a 2014 Honda Accord
by clewis5 on 04/15/2014updated 05/28/2025I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Fisher Auto. My previous car was a 1995 Honda Accord with 200,000 miles. At first, I test-drove the Honda CRV's and many other small SUV's. I finally decided to buy a Honda Accord again. The… problem was that I wanted a light colored (but not white) vehicle with navigation. Bill S. was able to find the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay in about 45 minutes! The car I wanted had to be traded with a car from another dealer in SW Denver, and that was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Bill S.n did a great job with the whole transaction. He also spent time explaining all the new features on the 2014 Honda Accord. Thanks for making buying a car so straight forward.Justin is the Best!
by PippaG on 03/27/2013updated 05/28/2025I bought a Hyuandai Santa Fe from Fisher Auto about 5 months ago and have been extremely satisfied. The service I received during the process was excellent. Justin K. was very helpful by explaining all my options and was very knowledgable… about all the cars I looked at. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Fisher Auto. The salesman made this my best car purchase experience
by siobhanniwotco on 04/16/2013updated 05/28/2025My entire experience at Fisher was very positive, but the salesman I worked with, actually made the car buying process enjoyable! He genuinely wanted to to give me the best price possible--considerably lower than suggested retail price. Any… dealership's reptation is only as good as the people who represent them. Fisher Auto would be wise to consider this individual very valuable asset! The people at Fisher Honda Service are terrific.
