by RBerry1954 on 03/08/2018Service engine light came appeared on the used Honda CRV I had just purchased from Fisher Honda. As the car was sold "as is", the most I hoped for was a fair deal on any repairs which might be needed. The CRV is in superb condition with… low mileage and I enjoy the vehicle. The diagnosis was a faulty intake manifold sensor (not as costly a repair as some repairs, but an expense nonetheless). The service consultant, Bob Brotherton was timely and professional in every aspect of this service transaction, especially when he notified me (two hours earlier than the projected completion time) that the repair would be covered by Fisher Honda, per the owner, Craig Fisher. Mr. Fisher telephoned me the following day to ensure the repair had been completed to my satisfaction. I have purchased vehicles from Fisher Honda throughout the years and because of the care and concern I continue to receive, I will continue to purchase from them.Michael Burris and Fisher Honda are the best!

We already had a Chevy and a… Honda. This time it was a kind of emergency (after a no fault accident) and we looked for a good deal and a new car. The entire team help us to do the right pick and move on quick the paper work, but special kudos to Ryan Strimbu! Not only have we had been helped by Ryan with sales questions we had but also we got a thorough introducing in all the new car's features That was really helpful as I had to jump directly in the car for a long ride during one of Colorado mini-blizzards. Without any qualification, I have found Fisher Honda to provide the finest service. I have complete confiidence in their expertise,… integrity and focus on customer service; there is no saleman's hype, as you experience in every new car showroom and in many of their service departments. by SMColorado on 05/19/2017My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 Honda CR-V EX from Fisher, working with salesman Shawn Bowers. Shawn was extremely pleasant to work with and answered our questions without any of the typical sales-type pressure. As Shawn said,… Hondas sell themselves, and he let the car do just that. He even trusted us to take the car out twice for test drives without him. So far we are extremely happy with the car, and it's a perfect fit for us as we recently welcomed home our first child. We appreciate all the finishes, the ample passenger and cargo space, and we definitely are happy to have all the safety features. Our only complaints would have to do with the negotiations once we decided we wanted to buy the car. Of course, most dealerships make you haggle over the price, which is to be expected, I suppose, and Shawn, again, was very pleasant to work with the entire time. The part that I haven't seen before is that Fisher adds on some options to all of their cars, such as tinted windows, a clear bra, and some treatments to the paint and fabric interior to protect them. These add quite a bit to the final price of the car, and I would say that we wouldn't have chosen any of them if they hadn't already been done (that said, we are actually really happy to have the tinted windows). Still, Shawn was able to work with us on the overall price to get it close to the range we were hoping to spend. I've read good reviews about the service department, and we purchased the pre-paid service package, so we are looking forward to continuing to get great service from Fisher.Pleasant and easy buying experience

Waited no more than 5 minutes for the shuttle driver, Claudia, to let me know she was ready to drive me back to my house. Very comfortable, roomy car.… When I received word that my car was ready and I needed to be picked up, Claudia said she was on her way. I got caught up in some work I was doing and before I knew it, Claudia called to say she was in front of the house. Excellent service!Easy Peasy. Leased my new CR-V

I was told they were "sharpening their pencils" on the 2016 models. I drove to Boulder and… within 4 hours was driving away with a 2016 AWD EX-L in Mountain Air Metallic. Dennis was great to work with. Explained everything clearly. Even ran into Craig Fisher in the showroom while deciding on my color. All the Fisher family is warm, welcoming and accommodating. by dissatisfied48 on 09/01/2016I went to Fischer Honda based on the positive Google reviews after a not-so-stellar visit to a different dealership. I understand that I was coming in quite late for looking to make a purchase; I walked in at 6:45pm. The Fischer dealership… lists it's closing time as 8pm. I called ahead to ask about inventory with my approximate arrival time. This would have been a good time to say that it was too late to come. Instead, I was told to come in and they could see what they could do for me. I arrived and went into having my trade-in car appraised. The salesman and his general manager/appraiser came back in and offered $4000 (due to hail damage) on my 2013 Mazda M3 with 55,000 miles. They said that the hail damage is a bit tough to see at first, but is a lot of little shallow dents. I knew that this had happened the day before and had made a claim to my insurance. I am not an appraiser, but I do know that I have seen much more extensive and noticeable hail damage. When I asked about this price point they stated that they are "a completely transparent business" and that they would have to report the damage to future buyers of the vehicle. They then said that they could not further asses the car due to "it being 7:30pm at night." When I asked further, they stated that they utilize NADA for appraisal values. They also said that they appraise "all trade-ins under fair ('rough,' per NADA) condition." This was then followed by one of them stating, "I have to protect Mr. Fischer's investment [in this company]." They then eluded to (by using their own experience) that I continued with the hail damage claim through my insurance, get "cut a big fat check," use that to pay for other things, and drive my current car until it dies. At the end of this, they said that what I owe on the loan "is a lot for that [my trade-in] car." This was said without asking my financial situation. In actuality, I had the money to pay off the loan in full, as well as make a substantial down payment. I was waiting to see how to maneuver it all best based on the trade-in offer and knowing that the hail damage was present. In addition, I had pre-approval for an auto loan through my chosen financial institution. I tried to just convey the facts of my experience in this review, leaving it for readers to decide if this is the car buying experience they would like. My mother accompanied me for support while I was at Fischer Honda. She said that she was speechless due to the tone of voice, delivery of message and manner in which questions were answered, insulting offer made on the car (in rough condition it still NADA book values for $5800 before the hail damage), and the overall disrespect that was demonstrated. She also said that it was obvious they just wanted to go home. My experience was accurately described through her perspective. I felt like I was talked down to and dismissed. They were not interested in selling a car. Rather, it seems that a few thousand dollars were worth holding on to, in order to protect "Mr. Fischer's investment," over selling a new car.Collision Center is Top Notch
