I never bought a car, and my credit was poor due to identity theft that I just started the process of filing. I am also only 23 years old, and… just graduated from college in may. With all of these factors it was really hard finding a auto loan or a car I could get in. David Yoo, went out his way to help me get into car that same day. e went out his way and spent hours to help me and he got me in an even better car than I expected to get in around the price range we were looking for. I never had someone go out their way to do everything to help me and he even was able to get the price cut down some more and gave my dad his broncos hat. I would absolutely go to this dealership and him again. Great customer service and I left happy and satisfied. Also he was on his way to lunch when we came and he missed his break and everything to help us! We didn't finish until about 6:30 because he tried everything to get me in a basically new car :) did not feel pressured or like I was getting ripped off at all. I contacted them around noonish, went to dealer around 6pm was out with my QX56 by 715pm. Was… quick, efficient and it was a good time. When was the last time anyone said that about buying a car. If you go Infiniti, you'll always want infiniti. The ladies & gents there are actually wonderful. Out of State Purchase of 2016 QX50 AWD!!
by MGG_DFWTexas on 11/29/2015My wife and I flew to Denver from Dallas, TX to purchase the AWD version of the QX50 she really wanted. It was Thanksgiving week. With very little notice and limited time to coordiate, I contacted Mr. Mike Burrows on Monday, 11/23 to… confirm availability. He was extremely professional, prompt and thorough. The next morning, Tuesday, 11/24, 8am MST, Mike picked us up from the airport and drove us to the local financial institution so we could pay cash for the car. He then drove us to the dealership to finish the details of the purchase. Everything about Mr. Burrows and the dealership itself is first-class. Our QX50 was sparkling clean & ready for our immediate departure to drive it home...some 800 miles back to Dallas! I will go the distance again to buy from Infiniti of Denver. Ask for Mike Burrows. They deliver fairly and promptly on their promises. Thank you all at IofD! Keep up the great work in promoting your dealership and the fine brand of Infiniti automobiles. Jonathan not only was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, but was personable and not at all pushy. He let us decide on our own when to "pull the… trigger" which we did today. When I called a front desk on the second day after receiving a call from my service person (which I knew my car was ready for pick-up), she… could not tell me the status of my car, and insisted me to leave a message to my serviceperson (who was too busy to pick up my phone). It is understandable that she did not want to convey an inaccurate message about a repair plan, but when the car is ready for pick up (actually it was), she should be able to say so, so that we could avoid calling my person multiple times to leave a message and wait for his call.QX60 oil change service was excellent
