The team at Vista Ford were incredible. The receptionist greeted my wife and I when we arrived at the dealership. We didn't know exactly which Mach E we wanted but our salesman Alex guided us the entire time. We looked at a few different… trims before we went on our test drive. When we got back to the dealership the GM personally came out and greeted us and asked if he could do anything to make our visit any better. We were both super stoked about how polite and professional everyone was. It truly was the best car buying experience either of us ever had. I would defiantly recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

The vehicle we ended up deciding on, a Lincoln MKX, was not one of the ones we originally came in to see yet at every… turn of the process everyone made the process easy and pleasant. We've only had the car a couple of days but are enjoying all it's amenities. The experience could not have been better or enjoyable. The reviews we read about Vista Ford / Lincoln helped to guide us to you and those reviews were right on target about your dealership being a wonderful place to shop for a vehicle. I think he saw that I thought through my offer on the Explorer and was going to do his best to make… my numbers work- and he was fair and transparent in his thinking on the deal. We had the terms of the deal completed within 45 minutes of the test drive. Also- what an amazing new showroom and maintenance department, guys. We will be back for more business when the time arises.Best deal in town

My last car was a 2005 Taurus that lasted 226,000 miles and my 2012 Taurus has 82,000 and it runs like a MILLION DOLLARS because of the technicians at Vista Ford that know every… detail of Fords. I bought the 2012 a year old with 14,000 miles, and I must say through routine services, the technicians picked up a few things that needed attention and with 82,000 miles it runs NICER that when i got it at 14,000! And a personal accolade for Stuart Henton...great man who take care of the service

by etiennez on 04/03/2016I have been looking for a part for my Ford Fusion for over 30 days getting the run around from many dealers, finally called Vista parts dept. and spoke to a salesman Robby. he was the most helpful guy I have ever dealt with. he took the… time to listen and understood what I wanted, and set out to find my part. he then called me an hour later when he found it. he understood my frustration and gave me a token discount to alleviate the frustration I had with Ford. by Chaca33 on 03/29/2016Came in for a oil change, I was in and out of there while checking in my car, it was a plus since I had to go to work. I called for pick up but it was 1.5 hour wait, so I had to make my own arrangements last minute, that was the only down… fall, maybe you need more drivers for picking up. But over all great service. I had them restart my screen since it was repeating the same texts over and over.. but I guess it did not work cause its still repeating my texts, I tried to turn off but still cant figure out why its doing it. OH well! Kellie was very helpful.Great buying experience
by Steadfamford on 03/29/2016I bought a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium and I love it. I traded in my beautiful 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited which I loved too. The only reason I made the switch was that the Cherokee was just too big for around the town driving.… Because I liked my Jeep so much, I was only going to make the change if everything about the Escape, the deal and the dealer was perfect. And it was. Dylan in the Internet Department was fantastic to work with. He was patient with us as we wrestled with making the final decision. In the final hour there was a glitch with the payoff of our Jeep due to the crappy way Ally Financial handles payoffs for dealers. Because Dylan had been so good at explaining the deal in detail beforehand, we knew this was a glitch beyond the dealership's control. Normally that glitch and increase in out of pocket cost would have ended the deal for us. Because we were treated so well and the deal was so straight forward and clear, we trusted the process and went through with buying the car anyway. Normally we would have walked away. We would recommend our family and friends to do business with Dylan anytime. In fact, we already have.Great Service

Michael got the process going and handed off to Steve who was the consummate professional and all around great guy. He meticulously covered every detail of the car… and demonstrated a genuine love for Lincoln. It was readily apparent that he loved what he does and it came through in every interaction. Moreover, Nissim was fantastic throughout the finance process. I will definitely recommend Vista to everyone I meet. Thank you for finding the car of my dreams!This my second lease with vista. by Zachfire on 03/20/2016I have had my new Ford C-Max energi for just under a week now and I could not be more happy with it. This is the second vehicle I have leased through the Vista dealerships. I had been shopping around for a car for about a week, I wished… many dealers in the sf valley. I was car shopping through the Costco auto program which I would highly recommend. Some dealers were incredibly shady about the program (Keyes Hyundai and Chevrolet were the worst), but Vista was completely straight forwarded and even went beyond the Costco listed price. David Lindig was helping me and he was by far the best person I dealt with when it came this auto buying experience. All these car salesman suck, they come on way to strong, are incredibly condescending and somehow think they will still sell you a car. I just didn't get that vibe from David at all. I don't know about the other salesmen buy David, who works in the Internet department btw, was friendly, and straight forward. I asked for numbers he gave me numbers. I would strongly recommend hitting him up if you are looking for a new vehicle. I plan on returning.Vista Ford Rating
by RedEdge1 on 03/18/2016Everything went well. Al and Dave were wonderful and they were a great help. Everything went well, however, I spend 8 hours trying to purchase my car. You need to have more finance department personnel on site to assist in processing the… paperwork. There is no reason why someone had to wait 3 hours for a finance person to complete the transaction. You should always be prepared to adequately service your customers. For this reason I DID NOT GIVE YOU A 5 or a 10. Al and Dave were also irritated about the financing department. If you are going to keep your customers that long, you should, at least, provide them with something to snack on--you're making money, so you should take care of your customers!!!!!!Routine service
