The team at Vista Ford were incredible. The receptionist greeted my wife and I when we arrived at the dealership. We didn't know exactly which Mach E we wanted but our salesman Alex guided us the entire time. We looked at a few different… trims before we went on our test drive. When we got back to the dealership the GM personally came out and greeted us and asked if he could do anything to make our visit any better. We were both super stoked about how polite and professional everyone was. It truly was the best car buying experience either of us ever had. I would defiantly recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

First and foremost, I still don't have my new Mach E (7days and counting) as it's been sitting in service waiting on new modules to be installed. Second, their "bait & switch" deceptive… tactics wear you down when you're ready to sign, as the deal you discussed is far from what you actually get. I admit, I should have walked, but the best gets you as the adrenaline is flowing and you're thinking about that new electric car. That's how they get you. They lie, can't remember the deal, mark up the car way over to offset all the federal taxes you're suppose to get back, don't have all the information on the utility incentives, as I will now lose out on an additional $500, can't find the paper they made the deal on, the guy left already, it goes on. Bottom line is that this dealership is no different than any other, only capitalizing on a moment they have with a popular vehicle. There are plenty of Ford dealerships within LA, please safe yourself the waste of typical dealer tactics and BS and don't go to this one!Purchase of 2020 Ford Explorer
by Maxwell on 11/12/2020We were looking to buy an SUV to replace our 2007 Ford Explorer. We evaluated seven different brands. Our basic requirements were 4-wheel drive, towing capacity 5000 lbs minimum. 195 maximum length (in order to fit into our garage), a… light color, power seats on passenger side, and leather seats, and no expensive extras like moon roof, fancy wheels, etc. As it turned out, after over 4 weeks of visiting car dealers, checking manufacturers email sites, checking Consumers Reports, driving each model, etc., it became obvious that at this time of the year there was a low availability of inventory, probably impacted by the effects of the corona virus. It looked as though we would have to order a new car from the factory if we wanted a SUV yeast met our requirements. As it turned out Vista Ford finally found a car in their inventory that met our requirements, except for the price. The car (2020 Ford Explorer) was loaded, and very expensive. After several weeks, they reduced the price, and raised their offer for our trade-in to a point that we could consider leasing the SUV, which we did. During this long period of our evaluation, the sales person at Vista Ford was very patient, polite, and respectful. After we purchased the car he has been very accommodating in explaining all the complicated functions of the car. We never felt rushed as we asked many questions. The process (paperwork) of buying the is complicated and tedious, however the financial personnel were patient, efficient , and courteous throughout this lengthy process. All-in-all it was a relatively pleasant experience.Refuse repairs that should be covered under warranty.

He inquired about the reason for my visit and if I was having any additional issues… with my car. He was friendly, patient and I never felt rushed. Then I was able to use a loner car so my two toddlers and I could finish our errands for the day without taking a shuttle or walking on the hot day. My car was serviced and returned to me all clean. Check out was a breeze and everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Vista Ford Service to anyone who needs their Ford serviced. Chris And Dave listened to my needs and met them without hours of sensless dickering over nickels and dimes. The whole team was courteous and efficient right… through to the finance manager. I showed up early morning with my 2 year old and Ken really did a good job getting me out of there fast. But when it comes to the cashiers please do… something about them. They are very rude. Ken told me my car was ready so I went to the cashier to pay and the cashier did not call for my car. I went outside to wait for it and 20 minutes went by and my car was still not coming. I went to ask Ken again what was going on and he was surprised I was still there so he asked for my ticket number I said I do think have it, I guess cashier was either supposed to give a ticket number or call for my car and she did noto do any of them. I went back inside and all the do is talk among each other and when they talk to customers they just don't have any customer service skills.An excellent car buying experience
