Stay away from this. They lie and sell unsafe car.
by manny1423 on 02/13/2018BEWARE!!!! This dealer is horrible the are very unethical and [non-permissible content removed]. I bought a car from these guys and paid $53,000. They said the car had never had any body work done and the car had absolutely no issues. They… said they had performed a safety inspection and checked the car out and everything is perfect. After buying the car based on their info I realized the A/C does not work and neither does the lane departure warning. The car was advertised with these items and options and that everything works. I immediately called them once leaving the dealer and told my sales rep. He said take it to a local shop and let us know what they say. Now this is where it gets interesting. After taking it to my local shop we found out that not only does the A/C not work and the lane departure but the car has had previous damage and body work done to the front. The body was damaged behind the front wheel well cover and suspension parts were changed with used junk yard parts that still had the junkyard stamps on them. The worst part of all is that from the inside of the front brake rotor there is a whole chunk of the rotor missing(keep in mind these are carbon ceramic brakes and 1 rotor costs $4000). After chasing the dealer for two days for someone to call me back I got a hold of a manager who claims that the brake in that condition is safe to operate and legal and that he won't do anything about any of the damages. When I asked him to speak to the owner his response was that he will call me if he wants to talk to me. After chasing the owner and getting a hold of him I told him that I even took the car to the dealer for a second opinion and the dealer deemed the car with a rotor like that is not safe to operate or legal. I also told him that the car was advertised with A/C and lane departure warning and these items don't work. Now to fix all these things the dealer is asking close to $7000. The owner refuses to help me out his resolution was to give me a $1000 for my $7000 worth of damages. He will not do anything else and now I am left with a huge bill form the dealer for a defective car. These people are horrible and [non-permissible content removed] and do not care for anyone's safety but simply to sell a car. They sold me a car that was not safe or legal to operate in the streets and they refuse to pay for the damages. Stay away from this dealer.
