HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT do any business with them. Cheaters and Liars.
by jesse_r_2013 on 10/11/2016DO NOT BUY OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, A DISGRACE TO THE COMPANY, Ford Motors Company !!!!! I bought a Ford Explorer 2014 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), From North County Vista Ford in December of… 2015. At first, like always, it seems like you are dealing with a serious and respectful dealer. Unfortunately, the reality could not be more different from that first impression. I bought this car âOnlineâ. We dealt with Trevor Martin, supposedly the Online Sales Manager. He was very nice during the purchase, and then after we started having issues with the car he never responded any calls, and instead we were sent to deal with one of the Sales Managers, Abraham (I do not know his last name, but there is only two SM and he is one of them). He was extremely rude and condescending from the very beginning. Absolutely HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE service from this man. The car was driven after they told us it was going to be towed, one the many lies they told us. (These miles were not credited, or anything. They told us it was going to be towed, and to our surprise it was driven) to my home in Woodland Hills, CA. We thought we were getting a great deal for our family car. BUT NOOOO. ABSOLUTELY NO!!!!! 1 hour after we received the car we drove it to the groceries store, and the Driverâs Door opened on its own, and it was terrifying. The doorâs handle was broken and the latch was stock on open. We tried closing it, but bounced right back, absolutely terrible and terrifying. Then after we inspected the car there were multiple things that were broken, and we fell under the assumption that buying a CPO car was the best option/deal for our finances and our family. THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING. THEY LIE AND DO NOT CARE WHERE, HOW, OR TO WHOM. COMPLETELY DISHONEST. We contacted Trevor via text message immediately sending him pictures of the damage, and his response was âI will contact my manager to see what can be done.â What can be done? The only thing that they shouldâve done was to resolve our very dangerous issue. Absolutely, reprehensible and irresponsible actions from North County Ford. Also, it took 3 month for North County Ford to file/do the proper paper work with the DMV for the vehicleâs registration and transfer. Terrible and completely irresponsible and unprofessional customer service. These unprofessional and irresponsible actions from North County Ford have had such repercussions that we are still having issues and we continue to deal with the DMV regarding this issue. This has been the worst experience I have had with any dealership in my life. I have contacted Ford and I truly hope they take the appropriate measures regarding this dealership. TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE. Stay away, take your money somewhere else where you will be treated with respect, gratitude, and professionally. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING. I was pleased with the sales process, but felt as if bringing the car back with existing scratches, as they said I should, was not well received by the dealership. A group of employees gathered around and talked… quietly among themselves about what needed to be done (or should be done?) to my car, leaving me out of the conversation on purpose, until they had discussed it and the paint guy approached me with his solutions. Very strange and didn't engender my trust. Also kept leaving out one of the 3 scratches I wanted fixed so that I had to keep bringing their attention to each one before they would try to finish up the conversation; as if they were hoping to get away with fixing as few things as possible. And this after selling me the 5 yr/60,000 bumper to bumper warranty. Makes you wanna go Hmmm?Bought my new F150

Great place
by Jbather on 05/16/2016aron was great. I just came in because I had a check engine light on my vehicle. He took the time to find the vehicle that I needed. He explained all the features to me and showed how it would improve my life, even though I'm 92 and my life… is almost over. Aaron made me feel like I was family, he is a great asset to Ford and I bet he will be running a store years to comeJbather, our number one goal is attaining 100% customer satisfaction in all aspects of our dealership. My father in law and my wife both got their cars here, and both times it was very easy to work with the sales people and the financing people. Ford Focus Purchase

Eddie and Castle were the two associates that helped me through the whole process. Eddie especially stayed with me through… the whole process and made me feel welcomed. Even though I was there for many many hours because of my bank going back and forth with the conditions of my loan that had to be met. Great service and no pressure

I told him what I was looking for, (a Ford Escape Titanium). he showed me a few and then asked Josh to help him. Soon Zachary Morris can to help. i know Brandon was… fairly new, but supper pleasant to work with. Zachary found a car for me on your lot but it didn't have exactly what i wanted, so he employed a person to do a search for one. They found one in San Clemente and did a trade. The finance portion of the paperwork was very smooth. Mike explained everything thoroughly, and made some good recommendations. The whole process was smooth and pleasant, no pressure at all. You have a very good crew working there. When i took possession of the car, Zachary explained all of the features. It was great working with all of these people.
