    The other day we visited Galpin in the interest of leasing an XE, yet they did not have the car we preferred in stock (despite their massive inventory). Within 48 hours we received a phone call from Tod Kessler letting us know that they got the car we were looking for, so we came in and finished the deal in no time. Quicker and easier than any car transaction I have had, with respect to the previous lease deal we had with Tod. Truly a pleasure to deal with him, funny and flexible. Love our new car!

    I met Manny a year ago, he made such an impression that i could never forget, last week after looking for year for my fav jaguar finally i found one at their branch , he went over and beyond, most friendly, most proffesional, love my XJ, he really makes the VIP treatment for you, even when the deal get tough and there are problem they wont hesitate to try to make you happy, even got us very nice dinner, cant thank you enough, i recommend him and finance manger frank, & Galpin management team A+++

We purchased a new 2017 Ford Fusion we got everything we needed and more we absolutely love the Car.     I bought a 2017 Jaguar XE from Galpin Premier about a month ago. After my experience there, I felt the need to write a brief review. Eric Felder is by far the most amazing car sales executive I've ever been in contact with. He assisted me in finding the right vehicle for my daughter for her first car. He assisted my wife in moving from an SUV, which she loved, to a sedan that, even after about 4 months, still finds a way to bring it up in conversation as often as she can. He got my son his first new car. Every instance of working with Eric, it was as if he was selling your very first car to you. Every member of the Galpin staff, was amazing. Karren, Eric's manager, Jeremy Guller, Sales Manager to the ladies at the front desk were fantastic. Thank you, Eric Felder. Thank you, Galpin.

    I had an amazing experience at this Galpin thanks to Todd Kessler! Being a first time car buyer is a little nerve racking, but Todd made it unbelievably easy. Also, having a tight budget I wasn't sure Id be able to find anything I loved in my price range and honestly Im a bit picky but Todd didn't give up on me! He found me a gorgeous 2013 Jetta SE with only 29,000 miles on it that I absolutely fell in love with! When looking to buy a car head to Galpin and ask for Todd Kessler!

    I leased my car over a year ago and I am still in awe of my experience with Steve Rodgers. He is knowledgable about ALL brands of cars, kind and patient with questions and concerns, compassionate, I could go on and on! He even called me on my birthday to wish me a happy day! This man is not only a great car salesman (I will NEVER go to anyone else), but he is an EXCEPTIONAL human being. A true GEM!     I'm a huge fan of Galpin Motorcars and purchased 2 cars there in August of 2014. Yesterday, I drove off the lot with a gorgeous, sleek 2015 Jaguar XF, truly a dream car! My Sales Consultant Allan Chiha was extraordinary in every possible sense of the word. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly patient with all of my numerous questions. As this was my 1st leasing experience, many of the questions he answered for me were Leasing 101. He took the time to explain to me in detail all of the nuances of leasing and advised me so that I could make the numbers work for my business and my budget. Allan addressed my fears and concerns and made me feel confident about my decision to lease a Jaguar. He even entertained my 10 year old son when I went outside to take an urgent business call! I WILL wholeheartedly recommend Allan to all of my friends and co-workers. I took a stack of his business cards with me and have his vcard so that I can easily forward his information. Allan is a credit to the Galpin organization and has only cemented my excellent opinion of the company. I'll be back in 36 months to lease my 2018 Jag with Allan:)

    My wife and I purchased a 2016 F coupe at Galpin Jaguar yesterday. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism by our salesperson, Orson Van Gay. He was attentive and patient despite our traffic delay for the appointment. We had a thorough test drive of the car during which we set up the Jaguar InControl and paired my iPhone with the car. Even though we kept him late in the evening, Orson showed no rush in the entire transaction. He is the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. We completely enjoyed our car buying experience at Galpin Jaguar. To top it off, the car is beautiful and drives like the wind.

    Last weekend we leased a Jaguar F-Type car at Galpin. Our sales person was Orson Van Gay. From the moment we walked in there was superb customer service.     I'm a longtime customer at Galpin. This is my 5th car. Why? The dealership experience is different and better than anywhere else. You feel valued and taken care of. This time I drove home a new 2015 Jaguar XJL. The salesperson, Todd Kessler, was great and extremely responsive. He followed through on everything he said he would do, in a timely manner. The car is gorgeous. I especially like the seat massagersand heaters for the back seat ... Because that's where my grandmother can sit and be comfortable. I am very happy with both the dealership and the car and recommend it to anyone looking for a good experience.

  • Galpin Employees have violated their own Company's Mission Statement!

    Galpin Employees Matt S. and David C. have violated their own Company's Mission Statement and Customer Bill of Rights. After negotiating a purchase price for a 2013 Jaguar XF, Galpin's staff literally attempted to trick me into purchasing a 2012 Jaguar XF. The sales person showed me the car without any disclosures that it was in fact a 2012. After they showed me the car, I literally had the check in my hand to start the paperwork, when all of a sudden they decided to spring the 2012 year information on me. A classic bait and switch right at the time of purchase. Than they tried to convince me that the 2012 was the best deal and that they would sell it to me for the same price as the 2013 Jaguar XF. In the last 12 years, I have purchased 5 Jaguars from a different dealership, so needless to say I was already horrified at this level of deception. It gets worse, the 2013 Jaguar XF was a Certified Pre-owned Vehicle and the Galpin staff had already told me that 2012 was a better deal. It turns out the 2012 was not even a Certified Pre-owned Vehicle, but this too was deceptively kept from me. After which I was walking out of the building in disgust over the way I was treated, when they called me back in to tell me that they they would certify the car but the technicians would not be in until Tuesday given that it was labor day weekend. So they categorically stated that I should go home and relax and they would take care of everything before I would have to come back and complete the purchase. The next day, I actually received a call from the sales person informing me that I would need to come back in to purchase the vehicle before they would certify it. I'm told Galpin prides themselves on customer service, however, if this is how Galpin chooses to have their sales and finance department act with their customers, than I do not in anyway know how they would receive such positive ratings. This whole transaction has been horrific and borderline criminal. More people need to take the time to write about the other side of Galpin.
