Responsiveness and Adaptability

Unfortunately I had never purchased a Land Rover and was totally unfamiliar with the brand and its many classes of cars. To make matters worse I had considerable travel… out of the country and visited sporadically for short times to learn about the vehicles. Yet, sales associates Alex and Jin were very understanding, accommodating, and helpful. I must have driven to the dealership 10 times to learn about their autos. I am fussy. I decided on the beautiful Defender 130 and the transition to this “race horse” ( as my wife calls such) was smooth. Great Sales Experience, 1st Class Sales Executive
by MJ on 02/14/2024Great dealership, the sales executive Sabino is a class act. He did what he said he would, there were no games and no issues in the sales process. When my vehicle arrived at the dealership after waiting a little over a week for it to be… released from the port, he notified me, the finance department had all the paperwork ready and we were in and out very efficiently. Any time I had questions before, during and after delivery, he was there to promptly address it. There was a minor cosmetic issue on the vehicle from the factory, he identified it before I came to pick it up, was straight forward with me about it and as promised resolved the issue a week later with his service tech as we had agreed upon. This is a well ran dealership, they have honesty and integrity - no surprise costs or hidden fees or required add ons from the dealer after they get you in the dealership to take delivery of the car, what they represented is what they promised, good job to the sales executive, finance manager and the leadership of the dealership, I would definitely come back again for my next Land Rover purchase.Hi, it is great to read such wonderful comments about your recent experience with us! Impeccable Car Buying Experience
by ashbgonzo on 10/02/2023I never thought I would find myself wishing I could give six stars to a car dealership, but I absolutely could not recommend this dealership more. First of all, being an AutoNation business, you can expect superior quality cars given… superior care and priced to move fast. I looked at quite a few cars in the country and at this dealership and in the end was given an excellent appraisal on my 2021 Ford bronco trade-in (comparable to Carmax), as well as an incredible price for a preowned BMW that had one previous owner and was in excellent condition. Carmax appraisals are good but their prices cannot touch this dealership. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Sabino, Eric and Solmaz (the finance gal) are high-quality humans who know their business and make buying a car as comfortable as possible. I will be getting my car serviced here because they have definitely earned my loyalty.
Kind and Helpful

The dealers were very kind during the whole process and helped us look for a different car.… They accommodated to the features we wanted and our budget. It took a few hours, but we were able to buy a car that fit our needs and standards, as well as our budget. "Surprised and disappointed"
by Disappointed on 12/12/2022I tried to return my purchase of '06 highlander within 5 days of my purchase and was told (over the phone) it was too late since my wife had purchased the car 5 days earlier in her name. I was told that my 5 day time period started when car… was "originally purchased" by her. Valleyhi Toyota also discovered a valve cover oil leak that will cost approximately $1350 to start and possibly more depending if there are other leaks. The vehicle had an "Autonation Certified" sticker on the front windshield and another window sticker (that I have) that said this vehicle has been "rigously inspected" and is "Worry Free". That's why i thought it was safe. Totally disappointed and surprised with Land Rover South Bay Torrance.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention.
