  • "Surprised and disappointed"

    I tried to return my purchase of '06 highlander within 5 days of my purchase and was told (over the phone) it was too late since my wife had purchased the car 5 days earlier in her name. I was told that my 5 day time period started when car was "originally purchased" by her. Valleyhi Toyota also discovered a valve cover oil leak that will cost approximately $1350 to start and possibly more depending if there are other leaks. The vehicle had an "Autonation Certified" sticker on the front windshield and another window sticker (that I have) that said this vehicle has been "rigously inspected" and is "Worry Free". That's why i thought it was safe. Totally disappointed and surprised with Land Rover South Bay Torrance.

    This was the easiest dealership I have worked with.We were in and out in 3 hours (with a 2022 Range Rover Sport and 2022 Range Rover Velar). Land Rover South Bay was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see Eddie Guerrero and David Garcia at Land Rover South Bay.
