    It was a long day for us and the sales team but they made sure we get the car delivered waiting for us late night and finishing all the formalities and handing us over the car. No surprises or offers to side track you with on course and on time closure. Leo will be our goto person if we had to refer someone to Acura and definitely south bay dealership

    I inquired on line about the RDX that I was interested in. John Shea answered promptly and put me in contact with his sales manager, Jennifer. She responded quickly answering my questions and getting all the information. A couple days later I met with John and bought my new 2024 Acura RDX. Everyone I dealt with from John, Jennifer and the Finance Department were professional and made the process very easy.

    Purchasing a car at AutoNation Acura South Bay was such an easy experience! I was fortunate to have the chance to purchase an Integra Type S and throughout the process Jennifer, Min, and Eric were absolutely fantastic and so accommodating. I greatly appreciate the flexibility to check out the demo unit and Min was communicative throughout the process as we waited for the car to be delivered from the factory. I also greatly appreciate the transparency and honesty throughout the purchasing process with pricing known upfront and a fair deal that we agreed on for my allocation. Even in a temporary location, it looks like business goes on without a hitch and I absolutely recommend AutoNation Acura South Bay for a new Acura purchase!

    I had an older Acura RDX and was looking into buying a Lexus SUV. My.husband convinced me to go to Torrance Acura AutoNation to test drive the Acura RDX. I was pleasantly surprised with the Acura's innovative and smart interior design and smooth driving compared to the Lexus. I was not expecting to buy a car that day but I left with a newer Acura RDX. Emmanuel was super friendly, helpful, and very easy to work with.. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered our questions, and he gave us a lot of helpful tips. Emmanuel and his manager worked with us on reaching a deal on my trade in. I usually find car shopping very stressful but we had a positive experience at Acura AutoNation. Best of all, I love my new car!

    Love my certified pre-owned 2020 Acura RDX! John Shea was a great salesperson to work with. Very knowledge and informative throughout the entire buying process start to finish. The finance manager, Collin, was also pleasant to work with. Great dealership that I would recommend to family and friends.

  • Just okay

    Initially got an offer to purchased a CPO with a 7.99% interest rate. They failed to disclose my credit score pulled for the transaction. I went back a few days later and got the credit report. My credit score was 825. I planned to refinance my loan immediately after learning this information. It's funny that at the time of purchase, they stated 7.99% was the best they could do. Yeah... right. Ended up calling the dealership asking for a better rate. Got my rate down to 6.39%. Also, upon driving my CPO home- I ended up finding food stuck between the seats, and various gunk and stains that could have easily been removed. Not sure how all of those things passed their 150-something point inspection. I've had to call and email multiple times to get this resolved. The manager, Lance Edmond, has stated on three separate occasions that he would call me back. He never did all three times. I had to call again to keep the correspondence alive.

  • Asked to by used car, but salesperson brought us new car lease proposal

    Shopping for a 3 year old coming off a lease with a firm max budget/figure. Waited for salesperson to bring us the paperwork, salesperson returned with a proposal for a $54k new car lease. That's not what we asked for. So we left. Contacted dealer#2 in another city and found similar 3 year old coming off a lease, even lower mileage. Salesperson at dealer #2 asked what price we were quoted by dealer #1 on the 3 year old. offered us 2k less for same vehicle year and even lower mileage. Contacted salesperson at dealer # 1 and asked if he'd meet that price and he gave us the line, "we are a no haggle dealer " price is price. Asked #1 if we could take care to a AAA mechanic for prepurchase inspection, response was no. You have to buy first. But you have a 5 day /250 mile grace period to cancel sale/return vehicle.

    Mr. Dietrich Seney and his manager, Jennifer took care and help us make a quick decision whether to buy the car that we desired. Mr. Dietrich took an extra mile for an utmost service as a sales person by coming to our house to pick up the check in order for our transaction to push through that day. With that being said, my wife and I are very thankful that we come to the right dealership.
